This is my second day at Waterford Hills with my cousin. This time in his red Pontiac project. I know it’s nothing compared to some pro shots I see here but this was working with only a 24-120/4 from Nikon.
Price $5000-10000
I’d like to reliably tow 2 Sea Doos on a ~2000 lb trailer.
For daily use, I want the greatest fuel efficiency and respectable storage without going overboard. Maybe even a decent-looking (I know) low wagon.
Michigan weather and roads to consider… possibly some dirt roads and longer road trips across state lines.
Honestly, I skate when I have fresh skate shoes but I basically quit when they wear out. I run when I have functional running shoes. I go for walks only when I have fresh “walking shoes” or joggers...
I guess Boy Scouts and maybe just general life conditioning really pounded it into me to be mindful of my shoes, soles, feet and knees?
Then again, I also tend to wait to wear clothes fitting to perform certain tasks in certain climates before doing the stuff... but I love doin’ the stuff.
Large lift needs repair. It looks odd because there’s a fishing boat lift sitting on it.
Looking for friends... let’s get to know each other
One of the first Viper GTS’s off the assembly line. Arguable the most beautiful Dodge Viper ever made. I guess we’re cleaning it up a bit and handing it over to a pro for maintenance, shortly.
Current owner is Bob Lutz; former Chrysler and GM big shot… generally, pretty cool dude.
My current load at our family lake house;
Nikon Z6ii w/ 24-120/4 attached, Z 50/1.8 S, Black Rapid Curve strap, Godox V1n flash and dome, iPad and reader for editing, Anker 20k mah portable charger and wires, Insta360 mic for 32-bit recording, 3-pocket filter wallet, SD wallet, 2 spare batteries and one in cam, SmallRig 10th Anniversary camera tool, rain cover, prescription sunglasses, contact eye drops (I often wear contacts)… space for either a GoPro Hero11 case or a dji drone. I can also remove the flash for accessories or an eventual 70-200/2.8 for general use.
I often sling a tomtoc case underneath with chargers and extras. I can also do that with a drone bag.
This kit was assembled with the explicit intention of carrying in the passenger seat of a Dodge Viper for my father’s annual events. It’s proven useful for quite a few other projects.
It’s a 91°F day here on Lake Columbia in Michigan. Decided to splash around a bit while testing my GoPro mount.
I got a couple of vids I may post up in a bit
