not water resistant, WATERPROOF so like you can go swimming wearing it. obviously i'll need a plastic base and can't use paper but how can i seal the paint so it won't bleed AT ALL so it's basically cemented to the fur

how can i get a look like this without an embroidery machine? is it possible
whenever i search up mannequin heads the polystyrene ones with no shoulders come up. is there a cheap mannequin head i can get that is durable and has shoulders? i dont have the money for an edhead btw
i clean it with salt water and it always gets these bumps i had the same on the other end a while ago. idk how to fix this
