Did anyone else have symptoms in the high 400’s ?

My b12 levels are at 455… doctor says it’s normal but my symptoms say otherwise… my b12 level was at 544 3 months ago, so as you can see, it went down for some reason. I also got my ferritin, folate, magnesium and vitamin D checked, and those all came back normal. My symptoms are fatigue, depression, brain fog, irritability and muscle stiffness.

Is it just or me or did anyone else feel like crap at this level ? I’m miss having energy.. I miss being happy.

Edit: I’m not a vegan or vegetarian and I consume animal products on a daily basis, so I feel confused as to why my b12 went down.

Did anyone still have symptoms with vitamin D levels in the high 30s to low 40s ng/mL?

Hi everyone,
I’m curious if anyone here still experienced symptoms when their vitamin D level was in the high 30s to low 40s ng/mL (around 38–42 ng/mL).

If so:
- What level are you at?
- What symptoms were you having?
- Did they improve after increasing your vitamin D level further?
- At what level did you feel your best at?

I know everyone is different, so I’m just interested in hearing other people’s experiences. Thanks!

Did anyone else experience these symptoms when their Vitamin D was low?

I recently had blood work done and found out that my vitamin D level is low. I’m curious if anyone else experienced symptoms similar to mine when their vitamin D was deficient.

My symptoms include:

- Depression / low mood / crying spells
- Fatigue and low energy
- Increased appetite
- Feeling disconnected from family and friends
- Difficulty falling asleep at night
- Leg cramps
- Muscle stiffness and tension (especially in my legs)

If you had low vitamin D, did you experience any of these symptoms? If so, did they improve after your vitamin D levels increased, and how long did it take before you noticed a difference?
I’ve attached my blood work results for reference.
Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences

Edit: thank you everyone for your responses!!

I can’t take it anymore.

What hurts more than depression itself is going through it and trying medication, waiting patiently, dealing with the side effects, convincing yourself to give it time… and then realizing it still isn’t working.

That part is what really breaks something inside you.

It’s not just the sadness anymore.. it’s the waiting. The hoping. The “maybe next week I’ll feel different.” And then weeks turn into months, and nothing really changes.

And what makes it even harder is seeing other people say they’re improving, feeling better, getting their life back… while you’re still stuck in the same place emotionally. It starts to feel unfair. Like you did everything you were supposed to : took the meds, waited, endured the side effects.. but still didn’t get the same outcome.

I don’t think people talk enough about how discouraging that part is.

Right now I just feel exhausted by the process. I want things to get better, but I also feel drained from hoping over and over again.

Leg cramps on Zoloft

Do they eventually go away

I tried magnesium, stretching and staying hydrated, but nothing is working

Is anyone else suffering from this side effect?

Ever since starting Zoloft, I’ve been dealing with really stiff, tense calf muscles. Sometimes they even cramp. I’ve tried stretching regularly and taking magnesium, but neither seems to help much.

Has anyone else experienced this on Zoloft? If so, did it eventually go away, and is there anything that helped?

For context, I’ve been on Zoloft for about 8 weeks total (4 weeks at 50 mg and 4 weeks at 100 mg).

How many of you needed more than 8 weeks to see improvements?

Could really use some words of encouragement at the moment. I’ve officially been on Zoloft for exactly 8 weeks and it’s unfortunate to say that I have noticed no improvements for my mental health whatsoever however I don’t plan on giving up. I do want to continue taking this medication as I’ve heard some people needed up to 12 weeks to feel better. Does anyone here have any similar experiences? Also thought I would mention that although my depression and anxiety are still there this medication cured my gut issues I used to suffer with IBS, I don’t have it anymore, so there’s no way I’m gonna quit taking this medication.

Does it eventually go away?

Does fatigue on this medication eventually go away? I barely have any energy these days and it sucks. I spend the majority of my time in bed.

Week 7 on Zoloft and I feel discouraged seeing others improve while I’m still struggling

I’m about 7 weeks into Zoloft and honestly I still don’t feel better. I started Zoloft on April 15, so it’s been 7 weeks and 6 days. I take 100 mg.

I know it takes time and I know everyone’s different, but it’s been really hard seeing other people say they started feeling better around this time (or even earlier) while I’m still just… stuck feeling the same.

I’m not upset at them at all, I’m really glad it’s working for people. But it’s hard not to feel left behind or like something’s wrong with me when I’m doing the same treatment and not getting the same results. It also messes with my head a bit, like “why is it working for everyone else and not me?” even though I know that’s not how meds work.

It’s so difficult to function when you’re depressed and anxious, and I’m becoming impatient, I just want to feel better already 😔 I hate this feeling so much, I wouldn’t even wish it upon my worst enemy. Could really use some words of encouragement right now 😔
