Can Wellbutrin worsen anhedonia?

I've been struggling with anhedonia for a very long time. I think it isn't complete anhedonia, because I still feel mild pleasure from some things, and I still like video games, but I hate like living like this. I feel trapped. I want to enjoy all aspects of life, not just waiting for the end of the day when I get to play some games.

One of the drugs I've heard of that people said helped them was Wellbutrin. I've heard mixed things though, with some even saying that it can WORSEN anhedonia. This scares me. I DESPERATELY want to live life to the fullest, but the possibility that this horrible condition could get even worse scares me so bad.

What are the best medications for anhedonia?

I desperately need help. I have anhedonia and I've been like this for longer than I can remember. It is by far the worst depression symptom. I haven't had fun since early childhood. NOTHING brings me pleasure. I can't be happy like this. It makes me feel like my life is not worth living. I feel like a zoo animal trapped in an enclosure that is too small. I feel so scared and hopeless. Please someone tell me if it's possible to recover from this.

This sub just doesn't help

It's just people venting about their problems with no helpful advice. It just makes me feel worse and lose hope. No one knows what to do.

How to stop thinking about anhedonia?

I've had anhedonia for years at this point, but recently it's felt worse because I can't stop thinking about it. Whenever I do something that's supposed to be fun I'm just thinking "I wish I could enjoy this". It's all I think about now and it's taking a big toll on my mental health. How do I ignore it?

Video Games and Anhedonia

I've mentioned in a previous post that video games are the only thing I can still gain pleasure from (although this has been gradually slipping too). Could video games be a cause of anhedonia? If so, can my ability to have fun with things other than games come back if I stop playing them? How long will it take?

How to stop being a consoomer pooner

All I do is consume media. It's my only hobby. I've been so anhedonic for almost my whole life that I only really gain pleasure from video games and maybe like a select few movies. I "have" other hobbies, which are more like hobbies I larp as having in an attempt to get them to stick, such as drawing, 3D modeling, writing, learning guitar, and exploring nature, but I'm getting absolutely nowhere with them because I just cannot truly enjoy them. Some other things I want to get into but haven't yet due to the same reasons are working out, building things with Arduino, learning drums, making music in FL Studio, and modding games or making my own games. It all feels so hopeless. All I do is consoom. It's all I can do.

Is it possible to get DPDR from something other than drug use or trauma?

Idk what even caused it. I've never used any drugs like weed or anything, and I've never had any true traumatic experiences. I've felt like this for most of my life. I'm 20 now but I've had this fir so long I don't even remember when it started.

Ever since I was a kid, the only thing that brought me genuine pleasure was video games.

I do have some early memories where I've enjoyed things like swinging in the backyard or going to the beach as a kid, but that's when I was young, under 10 I'm guessing.

Ever since I'd say my preteen years, I only ever enjoyed video games. I'm 20 now, and it's still true. Except I think even my enjoyment of video games is starting to fade now.

I've been ashamed of this. But it feels impossible to change it because nothing really gives me pleasure anymore.

Can anyone else relate? If so, did it ever get better? How?

I want to try TMS but I'm also scared

I've been on multiple anti-depressants but I feel like they haven't helped, so I'm looning into TMS. I've heard stories of people experiencing permanent negative effects. Yeah, it's rare, but it has to happen to some one. I'm not magically less likely to be one of the rare few that responds negatively to treatment just because I'm me.

I can't believe I have to choose between finding love and transitioning

I could never achieve picrel because I will never look like either of the men in the pic. Do I stay a straight woman or become a gay trans man? Genuinely what are you supposed to do if one of the main things preventing your decision to transition is desire for love?

I think my Microsoft account has been hacked. Do I have to do anything to protect my PC?

I was trying to log into my Minecraft account, but I stopped when I noticed the two prompts "Send code to *****@jerkoffmail.com" and "Send code to *****@bientotmail.com" while logging into my Microsoft account. I don't know either of these emails. I could still get into my account, and I tried looking in my account settings to remove these accounts, but I couldn't find where that was in settings. These accounts did not appear in settings anywhere, so I could not remove them. Even though I bought Minecraft on this account, I've decided it's just not worth the trouble and I will just delete my account and make a new one.

However, I'm wondering if there is anything I should do to protect my PC. I'm not sure if my account could've been hacked by something being on my computer or not.
