I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Ohme recognising the battery status.

As an Ohme Labs feature, communication directly through your vehicle (via API) is still in development. Due to limitations imposed by vehicle manufacturers, it may not work as intended from time to time.

In this case, we therefore recommend you continue using Ohme as a smart charger without the API integration (by clicking "Unpair my Skoda", then "Unpair now").

1. Once disconnected, it will ask you to Set the battery level you want to reach. (for example 80%).
2. Once this has been added, confirm your "Current EV Battery Level" when you plug-in, which you can find on your EV dashboard, or EV Manufacturers App.
3. Ohme will now create a charging schedule based on these settings!
