I have a pw5, that I purchased from Verizon. is it worth getting some level of protection on it in case I cracked the screen? i do have a spigen liquid air case on it, but that's it. how susceptible are these to damage? is it worth getting some kind of protection coverage if it does break or is it cheap enough to get it fixed? I've seen some negative reactions to screen protectors on here so i haven't gotten that yet.

im fairly certain there's no PG. ive already exhausted all the reduced pay. I'm a freelance contractor, who rents my house (I've even moved since i got the loan) and my car is still being financed. i haven't seen it show up on my credit report in the slightest.

I've seen folks in here say that they haven't paid in 2 years and haven't gotten a word from anyone.

what is the realistic scenario that would happen if i just stop paying?

I usually do fat burn on level 20, but today on 3 different machines i could only set it to 10. is there a bypass for that? is there a reasoning why they change?

So, I'm looking for a watch that can as accurately detect what I'm burning at the gym. especially since i do some lifting mixed with 2 different cardio workouts.

i also walk a lot for work, which I'm sometimes lifting heavy things there or pulling heavy cables.

i always thought a Fitbit was the only option but it's def not.

i don't really want a subscription.

just something i can log myself.

any help and suggestions would be appreciated

For reference, i use the fat burn setting on 20 for about 35 min on the treadmill at 2.7mph. i def sweat like a madman.. but curious if the row machine offers a better burn. they're almost always empty.

i have onion, garlic, herbs, egg, bread crumbs and a good beef blend.

i think i wanna eat them in a vodka sauce. what are the ratios of season and ingredients... and what's the best method for cooking them? I've seen air fryer, baked, dropped right in the sauce and simmered...

i want a real flavorful and tender meatball... what do i do before i botch it lol.

i generally try to keep healthy and count my calories...its not that i can't have pasta, i just really don't get enjoyment out of it and would much rather be focused on protein and veg.

I was getting ProDough for a while, which is pretty good, but it gets expensive. So, I'm looking for something a little better priced or even better tasting that i can mix with a serving of Chobani. The ProDough comes in at 120 cal, 25g protein per serving with 90 cal and 20g coming from the yogurt.

I tend to favor the fruity flavors better than anything else. with the PD, i was really into the strawberry shortcake and the raspberry cheesecake.

what would you suggest as similar macros and a really enjoyable flavor?

so i got the update push on my Onn 4k stick... but i haven't gotten it yet on my Google 4k streamer. is it just not available for it yet? i have auto updates on but nothing has come through. sitting on 5.3.3 for the Google device

So after getting into better shape I've become a big fan of kayaking. i visited a friend in West Ocean City and spent some time doing it on the Bay side closer to the shore/homes.

living in Baltimore county, near White Marsh, where can i do this on my own? right now rental is going to be my option until i get a roof rack and buy my own gear.

willing to go out as far as Sandy point but closer is more ideal. preferred not to be in heavily polluted water (inner harbor), not in a tandem or in a tour group. really i just want to row and explore areas on my own and not have to worry about 1-2 hour windows of time.

so, I'm on 5.3.2 on the Google streamer and 5.3.3 on my Onn 4k stick. one of my providers gives an error code on my Google device, but my other providers are better, with slight lag/buffers... on the Onn stick, the "error" provider works fine, which leads me to believe it's the version that's the issue.

The Onn stick updated after asking me if I wanted to the other day... if hasn't on my Google device...

I've already force stopped and cleared the cache on the Google and it's still not working correctly.

how can i force an update or where can i get the latest version?

also should i try and factory reset the device?

i did uninstall and reinstall the app

when i went to downloader and tried to download tivimate it wouldn't download....

but i had the option to install it by selecting it from the "apps on other devices" list.. but it was still that one iteration behind

So i listen to a lot of binaural audio for sleep. these videos are generally 11 hours long. This app has been great for that and was working flawlessly... but now it's starting to close out/stop playing and reset the scrubber after maybe an hour or so? I'm using current version 20.51.39

whether it's the preview window or opening the camera it's insanely laggy

Using wireless AA to a pioneer dmh-7600nex head unit with a Google Pixel 9 pro xl. everything was great up until the other day. i still get text messages but for whatever reason fb messenger isn't populating.... especially groups. i do have "show groups" in AA selected on the app but outside of that, idk what to look for

i currently have the 4k stick. mostly cause that's what was readily available in my area and i like as little cabling as possible.

but it can be a little sluggish and have some buffering (which according to my provider I'm the only one who says anything about buffering).

i already swapped one onn stick cause the first one failed.

i am using a VPN... but I'm hoping that the cost of the Nvidia is worth it.

would anyone that is using this device concur that it's a much better device for streaming?

I know this is probably going to get flooded with scammers and such, but i just want simple stuff. US live TV (ideally with a well listed EPG and icons)..and Netflix/PPV for WWE things.

The current list I am using started great... and now its not watchable. it buffers for a few min and plays for like... a second. They also do not have a netflix channel to watch Raw every monday.

suggestions? I dont care about other sportings and such... im just looking for simplicity and reliability ..no fluff of multi country programming.
