The first few episodes were filmed and then got paused and only got picked up after Taylor's arrest.

This is why TFP's mom says "you made them all famous". We cant ignore the glazing of execs for Taylor.

The execs knew that TFP was volatile but it would make for great TV. Tate not wanting to be on the show is a marker for his sanity and protecting the kids. He seems to have learned from his mistakes, and even owns up to his part of it.

The network knew the cost, TFP knew the cost. But fame seemed sweeter. The execs protected her because she was the $$$$.

Gia acts like shes a housewife and 35 . She has so much personality but refuses to show it.

Brooks is boring. Comes off very insecure .

They seem to just see it as a vehicle for future Bravo casting. Its not even entertaining. Two episodes stretched out on BravoCon. All we saw were the sit down dinners and clips of the conference. None of the fun or laid back scenes. VPR gave us so much more of their actual life. If they dont want to be on a show about 20 somethings then why be on it.

I feel like Gia's boyfriend when he says "we've had this conversation so many times already". Like yep, and we've seen it on other shows with older cast mates. Lighten up and have fun.

Charlie sees Ariana as a challenge. He tells his mom "if i put in the effort I could" but he's the type of guy who wont put in the effort until he sees another guy go after the girl.

He was never friends with Hudson, it was always about Ariana because she said she wouldn't touch him.with a 10ft pole. Thats challenge One to him.

Challenge 2 is Liam dating Ariana, sending her flowers etc and publicly letting it be known that he likes her.

Combined its enough motivation for his ego to be with Ariana.

I regularly watch gia on her podcast and I think k she is a bravo kid that is actually doing what a host should do. But im yet to love her on this season or the last of Next Gen.

Gia w Ariana is relaxed, happy and fun. Idk why she tries to self produce because it fails so badly.

For eg the scene with Christian. When he was calling Charlie a snake, you can tell he was uncomfortable and that was prompted by producers for him to say somethingnegativeabout Charlie. GIA holding a glass and saying watch the fuck out or whatever. Like she knew that would be clipped for the promo.

Gia youre smart, but so is the audience now.. this is a young fun show. That didnt feel authentic at all.

Please just be yourself girl .

I loved Riley and Ariana's convo in the car when they were like lets not be fake..how do you play cool though? and then just sat in silence. Made me laugh. Love seeing scenes that feel more girl-coded and organic.

On Hulus Get Real Katie says she the relationship with Tom went 4 5 years longer because of VPR. Everyone rooting against them as a couple made her feel like she had something to prove to people and show them that their relationship was gonna last.

If there hadnt been cameras or filming they'd have broken up.

Which puts Amanda and kyle into perspective. And also why Amanda is still dating West.

Which makes me wonder are they afraid of public backlash or having their place in the show? Like would being single meant bravo would drop them at the time?

The only way to save the show is to have a young investigative reporter chance upon the community and find out their water has been poisoned or hexed and thats why they all communicate like AI scripts instead of people and break the curse/hex so next season they begin to function like people.

In the aftermath episode of SH where West is unable to even communicate with Kyle one on one. A three hour conversation was heavily edited and it is still incoherent. Kyle have him ample room to speak and talk without talking over him. Kyle was so composed. There's literally no reason for West to have not spoken properly.

He doesn't finish a sentence through out. he started answering one question with "the adrenaline..." and then veered off into something else amd then spun around in circles and stopped abruptly. He was talking about Kyle rambling? Like bro look in the mirror?!

There were discussions as to why West praised KJ when he opened up.

West recognizes articulation of deeply personal and or traumatic things is a skill that alludes him. He cannot be an effective communicator because he has to live his life in the shadows of the unsaid.
