Came for the weight loss, staying so I don't drink. But can't get enough food in me and I'm weak.

I was losing weight slowly over the course of a year when I accidentally took a triple dose of tirz (wrong units on syringe). I had no idea that I had taken too much, but I had no appetite whatsoever and quickly reached my TW of 130. However the excitement of that was overshadowed by the amazing fact that I had lost all interest in drinking alcohol. For years I was a nearly daily drinker and often heavy. I felt like I had almost no control over whether I drank or not. Suddenly, I had no desire to drink. Started waking up feeling like an actual human who can actually be productive. This is so much more of a major life change than the weight loss, I cannot begin to tell you.
But, now that I am in maintenance mode and taking lower doses of tirz to stop losing more weight (I'm now almost underweight), I am noticing the urge to drink coming back. I'm trying to find the perfect dose that allows me to be able to eat without wanting to drink but it's difficult. Despite lowering my dose to 7.5 mg the last time, I cannot eat. At all. Can barely choke down smoothies and shakes. This morning I went to play pickleball as usual and despite having drank a 25 mg protein shake, I was too weak and out of breath to play at all.
So I'm between a rock and a hard place now. Does anyone have tips for me. Thank you.
EDIT: I should have mentioned that I was seeing a psychiatrist for many years who tried to treat my ADHD and drinking with various therapies and medications, including naltrexone. Nothing worked. For my own personal reasons, AA is not an option for me. Tirz has given me the ability to not drink unless I decide to (celebrating with friends, etc.) and when I do, it's not much. This is the life I've been working towards for so many years and tirz can give it to me, if only I can find the right dose, and keep affording it out of pocket.
