Everyone is trying to sell online. I want to help the shops that already exist offline.

I’ve been noticing something interesting in India.

Everywhere you look, businesses are being told:

“Start a website.”
“Sell on Amazon.”
“Get on Meesho.”
“Run Instagram ads.”
“Go online.”

But what about the thousands of shop owners who have already invested lakhs into **physical stores, inventory, equipment and real assets**?

A clothing shop in Lucknow.
A footwear store in Jaipur.
A gift shop in Delhi.
A cosmetics store in Indore.
A hardware shop in Pune.
A furniture store in Hyderabad.

They already have products.

They already have a location.

They already have inventory.

They already have customers walking past their shop.
The problem is that **offline customer acquisition hasn’t evolved at the same speed as online commerce.**

So I’m experimenting with something:

**I want to help offline shops across India increase their monthly sales — without forcing them to become e-commerce sellers.**

If you own or know someone who owns a physical shop selling products under **₹5,000**, I want to work with them.

The objective is simple:

**More people discovering the shop → more enquiries → more footfall → more sales.**

I’m not looking to charge ₹50,000/month for some complicated marketing package.

I’m exploring a model where I can help a shop grow its offline sales for **under ₹5,000/month**.

I don’t care if you’re selling clothes, footwear
, cosmetics, home products, accessories, gifts, electronics, furniture or something completely different.

If you’ve invested in a physical business, **I think you deserve better ways to grow it.**

I’m looking for a few shop owners anywhere in India who are willing to experiment with me.

If you’re interested, **comment your city + what you sell + approximate monthly sales**, or DM me.

I’d genuinely like to see whether we can make offline businesses grow without turning them into online businesses.

What’s the biggest bottleneck stopping your Shopify store from scaling?

I’ve spent the last few years working with e-commerce brands across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho.

One thing I’ve noticed is that when brands launch their own Shopify store, they often expect it to grow automatically.

In reality, most stores struggle because of things like:

Low conversion rates
Poor landing pages
No email/SMS retention
Slow site speed
Weak product positioning
High CAC
No real understanding of customer data

I’m curious…

**If you own a Shopify store:**

What’s your biggest challenge right now?
Getting traffic?
Converting visitors?
Retaining customers?
Increasing AOV?
Profitability?

I’ll spend some time in the comments giving free advice based on what has worked for brands I’ve worked with.

No sales pitch—just interested in seeing the common problems Shopify founders are facing in 2026.

I work with marketplace/D2C brands and I’m curious if other founders face this too

I keep seeing businesses where revenue looks decent on the surface, but once you actually break down ads, returns, marketplace fees, discounts, logistics and other costs, the picture is completely different.

And usually there isn’t one huge problem.

It’s 5–6 smaller leaks happening together.

Wrong ad allocation, poor catalogue decisions, high-return SKUs, pricing issues, inventory getting stuck, focusing on GMV instead of contribution margin, etc.

I’ve started doing 1:1 consulting sessions where I go through a brand’s actual numbers and try to identify what I’d change first.

Not trying to sell account management or lock anyone into a retainer — I actually think some brands already have capable teams and just need an experienced outside perspective.

For founders/sellers here:

Would you pay for something like this?

And if yes, what would you actually want from a consultation — marketplace strategy, ads, profitability, catalogue, returns, expansion, or something else?

Also happy to look at a couple of interesting cases from people here and share my initial thoughts.

Looking for 10 marketplace sellers — we’ll manage your account FREE for 30 days

Hey everyone,

I run Evara, an e-commerce marketplace management company, and we’re looking for **10 sellers who want us to manage their marketplace account for one month completely free.**

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or other major marketplaces — we’re open to different categories and account sizes.

There’s **no management fee for the first month and no commitment to continue with us afterward.**

We’ll work on things like:
• Listings & catalogue optimisation
• Ads/performance optimisation
• Sales and profitability analysis
• Returns and operational issues
• Marketplace growth opportunities
• Overall account management

The idea is pretty straightforward: instead of telling sellers what we can do, we’d rather actually work on their account for 30 days and let the results speak.

At the end of the month, if you think we added enough value, we can discuss continuing. If not, you can simply take the account back — **no obligation.**

We’re limiting this to **10 sellers** because these will be actively managed accounts, not just free audits.

If you’re interested, comment below or DM me with:

**Approx. monthly sales:**

Happy to answer questions here as well.

Question for D2C brand owners, marketplace sellers, and eCommerce agencies

How are you currently managing data across all your marketplaces?

Amazon. Flipkart. Myntra. Meesho. Shopify. Quick Commerce. Meta Ads. Google Ads.

Every platform has a different dashboard.
Every report looks different.
Every metric tells a different story.

By the time you combine sales, returns, ad spend, claims, inventory, and payouts, you’ve already spent hours just collecting data instead of making decisions.

I’m curious:
● What’s your biggest pain point when managing multiple marketplaces?
● Which report do you hate preparing the most?
● If you could automate one part of your workflow, what would it be?

I’m researching how brands and agencies actually operate behind the scenes, and I’d love to hear real experiences rather than assumptions.

Drop your thoughts in the comments. Even a one-line answer would be incredibly valuable.

Need Help Accessing Order-Level Data Through Legitimate Amazon Seller Tools

Hi everyone,

I’m an Amazon seller trying to reconcile order-level data for operational purposes. I’m looking for a legitimate way to access details such as order date/time and any customer information that Amazon officially makes available to sellers.

If you’ve worked with Amazon Seller Central, SP-API, or related reporting tools, I’d appreciate guidance on:

Which reports contain order-level timestamps?

What customer information is officially accessible?

Are there any APIs or approved workflows for order reconciliation?

I’m only looking for methods that comply with Amazon’s policies and privacy requirements.

Thanks in advance!

Looking for an Angel Investor for a SaaS Solving a Major D2C Pain Point

I’ve spent the last few years working closely with D2C brands across marketplaces and e-commerce operations. During that time, I kept seeing the same operational problem costing brands significant revenue, time, and growth.

After speaking with multiple founders and operators, I believe I’ve identified a problem that isn’t being solved well by existing tools.

I’m now designing a SaaS platform focused on this specific pain point. The goal isn’t to build another dashboard—it’s to eliminate a workflow bottleneck that D2C brands deal with every day.

I’m currently looking for:
Angel investors interested in early-stage B2B SaaS.
Experienced SaaS founders willing to provide product and GTM feedback.

D2C founders interested in becoming design partners.
I’m intentionally keeping the core idea private until I complete customer validation and the MVP roadmap, but I’m happy to discuss it under NDA if there’s serious interest.

If you actively invest in B2B SaaS or have scaled software products, I’d love to connect.

Based in India, building for a global market.

How are UK eCommerce brands finding reliable marketplace growth partners in 2026?

I’ve been researching the UK eCommerce market recently, and one thing I keep noticing is that many brands have decent products but struggle to scale consistently on marketplaces.

Whether it’s Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, or other channels, the common issues seem to be:

Rising ad costs
Low conversion rates
High return percentages
Poor listing optimisation
Lack of a clear marketplace strategy

For UK brand owners or marketplace managers here:

What’s been your biggest challenge this year?

Have you worked with an external agency? If yes, what made the experience good or bad?

If you could outsource one part of your marketplace operations, what would it be?

For context, I run an eCommerce growth agency that helps brands optimize marketplace performance, so I’m trying to understand what UK businesses actually need instead of making assumptions.

Not here to pitch—just genuinely interested in hearing real experiences from people in the UK eCommerce ecosystem.

Looking forward to the discussion.
