At my company we just recieved our brand new Transit AWD with 20 miles on it. I just went over 300 miles and while in bumper to bumper traffic I lost power when I hit the gas pedal and I had engine vibrations. Soon after the check engine light came on. I was able to find a good spot to pull off the freeway. While I still had it on, the check engine light would come one for a bit then turn off, and same with the vibration from the engine. While driving, I did have it in Eco mode, so maybe that had something to do with the issue.

I left it off for a while and after I turned it back on it seemed OK, no issues. Also it never overheated or any other issues.

Now, im sitting at a Ford Dealership wondering what I need to do as Ford wont give out loaners to Company vehicles, lol.

My wife found some property(9600sq ft) that was clear cut and looked to be ready for building a house on it, for 85k.

When we did a check on the parcel it had a possible issue that just said "Water". We got with the sellers agent and we were told that all violations had been taken care of and there was nothing open currently. My wife decided to work with the seller on getting a deal in place. She wanted to get more information on the water issue and she was able to work out a deal in that we could get the property looked at for a septic system and any other issue that may stop us from building a house on the property.

My wife paid a 2k holding fee and a time frame to do the needed evaluation of the property.

We found out that to get a septic system installed we would need to do a two season review of the property as the area is known to to have high water table and its also near a lake.

The property owners, have had the land for about 5 years and they clear cut the land to build, and I believe they came to find out that they were not going to be able to. I also believed they cleared the land without the needed permits and we were actually told, by the agent, they(owners) took care of all their violations. The agent even asked my wife to change the agreement to reflect this, she did not.

Well yesterday, after talking to the county, we found out that the owners still have an open Code enforcement case, and they have not responded too.

After learning about this, we have pulled out of the agreement to purchase the land.

Hopefully, we should be able to get our money returned to us, since they were not honest with us about the property, im not even sure the owners agent knew about the open case. Regardless, we would have never started the process if we had known the property had issues.

Now, my wife figured it would be easier to buy property with a house already built on it then get one built.

About a month or so ago, I had my last molar on the bottom pulled after they found that my tooth was cracked vertical along the tooth, while doing a root canal.

The extraction went fairly smoothly, and they added bone graph so that I can get an implant at a later date after healing.

Recently, I started noticing a piece of bone had popped up in my gums. At first it was just a small bump and now its hell, lol. My tongue hates it, lol. I called the dentist today and they originally made appointment to see the same doctor that did the extraction, later today.

Just a few minutes ago, they called back and said that the dentist said there probably would not be much that she could do and said I should see another dentist they work with, but he is not available until the 14th of next month.

I told her I can't take the pain of this little bump of hell any longer, so she said I still could come in later today and they will take a look and see if they could do something to fix it.

Is this something normal and easily taken care of at the dentist or will this heal over time.

I was cleaning my car and I seemed to have either misplaced the larger rubber cup holder insert. I have the smaller rear one, but im not able to find one online, and when I do find them online, they don't specify if they are the 2.75inch small size or the larger size for the front oversized cup holder.

Is there anybody that might know where I may order a new one.

I had been using beammeup with my controller just fine, for the most part. Today, though, I am trying to get my new Azeron Cyborg 2 up and running and when I click on maps and beammeup opens, I am missing the icons, at the top and I can not figure out how to teleport to my own houses.

I found a 2 year old post with similar missing icons and they did not seem to find a solution.

I have turned off all my other addons and that did not change anything. I can deal with the missing Icons as I can still click on them, but I have not figured out how to teleport to my houses, I can't even click on them on the map.

Today, I went to Google and clicked on our closest Popeyes and had a fairly large order 12 piece+8 piece and two sandwiches for a 430pm pickup.

I clicked on the closest Popeyes to my location and the app opened up and it needed to be updated prior, so I did that and proceeded to order. I paid and waited.

I went to the restaurant to pick it up and only then I was told that it was not ready at this restaurant but it had to be another Popeyes.

I did not realize it sent the order to a Popeyes that I had previously sent an order to more then a year ago, and that place was over an hours drive from my location.

It would have been nice if the app was more clear on location prior to ordering then it is. As this was not the first time this has happened to me, in fact. It was that same time I had ordered to the other Popeyes over a year ago.

I never have any issues at any other restaurant app, never, only Popeyes.

Then trying to get it corrected with the store is useless and you have to go through Popeyes customer support is a pain in the butt.

Currently, waiting for my new order again at the correct Popeyes.

Fun night, luckily it's not for dinner tonight.

Our house closed last Friday on the 1st. We signed our paperwork on 29th after a few delays, as it was supposed to close on the 12th. Then it was delayed, again after we signed and finally the buyers signed on the 29th and we received our equality and so on. Since then I have paid off all our bills. But, today I see that Freedom Mortgage marked our account as passed due, last month and it made my score drop significantly. Is there anything that I can do to get this reversed will it stay on my report for however long missed payments are posted on your report. In fact, Freedom owes us $346.46, lol. Our payments due date was the end of the month. I should have atleast contacted them to let them know and asked for a hardship, but oh well.

I'm finding myself already burned out doing the same challenges over and over again each week. I still have not looted my 5 Treasure chest yet, now my 90 Alchemy ingredients, 90 logs, nor my other challenges I need for this week, especially the night market faction favor, which I have sitting at 775/5000.

This was fun the first few times, then it becomes very boring really quick. It needs more challenges then what's available, so that it doesn't become too mind numbing routine.

Yes, I already got what I wanted out of my pages, that's the only thing I can't wait for them to reset, as I actually thought that made it fun to do, and unlock. But that also should have more pages then the 10+2, that we got. In fact, I think it should change to Auto open new tome pages each week. Atleast, this way it would give you something to work to achieve and you will still want to get more tome points.

I like the Tamriel Tomes, but I think it needs some work.

One more thing, I was thinking when I typed . 02¢, soon this won't mean much to kids as the penny is going by by. When they get to my age, they will probably be saying, "just my two Nickles"

Just a couple days ago we finally got the new update version.

I already hate it, lol. I have it hooked up to my laptop via HDMI and I also have the Q-series Soundbar system hooked up via the other HDMI cable.

I used to be able to turn the TV on and most of the time it would go directly to the laptop login screen, without issue. Now, when I try to go to the laptop, the TV will start up Samsung TV every dam time. Then I need to close out Samtv and then change the input to HDMI 1 to get the laptop displayed.

Also, as for the update it's slow, it has more unnecessary control window pop-ups

I'm not happy with it, I thought it would have been better since Samsung stopped the Update a good while ago because of issues, but nope nothing has changed.

We bought our first house back in 2017 for 279k and lived in it until my wife hated the morning and afternoon commute to work, so about 3 years ago we moved into an apartment closer to work and kepted the house as a rental.

Well, that lasted until the end of December and our tenant moved out and we also needed to get a new roof on the house.

Since then we have had to get the new roof, which we did and pay the mortgage and our rent and all our other dam debts we had and I was laid off. We somehow managed and when we were basically down to our last month of being able to live and to keep our kids fed, we had a buyer for our house. We were able to get a buyer for 522k. After all said and done we will be getting about 200k in equality from the sale. We are going to be paying off all our debt and putting the rest into saving for another house or property in the near future.

But, this has not been as smooth sailing as I had hoped. The closing day has been moved a few times since the first date of the 12 of April. Then it changed a couple more times. Then the lender, whom was doing the paperwork, went on vacation and decided to return the day before the last closing day, which was last Wednesday. We were told that a document was missing and needed to be resubmitted. They had the document prior but could not find it. Then we were told we would be signing on today.

We actually signed our paperwork work last Wednesday as scheduled and we were told the buyer would be signing today.

4pm and I had not heard anything. I did keep an eye on my phone all day hoping to see a wire transfer in progress, but nothing, lol. So, I text my property manager and asked him if he had any information or was there any more issues. He basically said that he was told this morning in a reply from the lender that they were waiting for the loan documents to be released and did say I had nothing to worry about, but we'll I'm so stressed out. He did say no later then Monday.

I will only believe it when I see that wire transfer. It's been hard to handle everything for so long and still keep bills paid and food on the table for the kids. I just want it to end.

Anyways, I just had to vent some to help with the stress.
