music.youtube.comWhat are your thoughts on music, spiritually speaking?
I feel like of all the arts, music is the most mystical, the way melodies and lyrics just flood us from.the ether. Seem to just come to us. I have crossed the veil many times, i mean been between here & the spirit world, and it is only when i listen to music that i get the same sense of that otherworld. Are there any musicians here, how does your spirituality come through in your music?
What id take to a fairy court as a gift. 🌛✨️
Faeries love beautiful things as you can learn in the fairy tale the stolen bairn and the sith, if you give them something truly rare and beautiful they will give you your baby back.
I feel most creative at midnight every night, what to do?
During the day im fairly creative, but at night especially around 11/midnight I get overehelmed with creativity/ fecundity. I just want to stay up writing as much as I can and immerse in creative things. This is not ideal for many reasons. Its important I sleep. I think many creatives are super creative at night, historically night is when the light of reason & day logic etc have gone to bed and our dreaming power and unconcious are more powerful, so its not suprising we are more creative then.
Which book of Sylvia's poetry should I begin with?
I bought Ariel a long time ago, but found I never read it. I found it all too exacting, and a bit kind of surgical precision. But I have been like everyone, enamoured of her immense but tragic life. She is something of a godddess embodied. I happened upon sheep in the fog and morning song tonight and adored them. I want to give sylvia another try. I also love the manor garden and the moon and the yew tree. Also if there is a substack or site that lists her poems and does deep analysis of her work?
What are some glimmers youve had this week?✨️
Glimmers are moments of joy, magic, or happiness that brighten your life.
How can I have a magical night?
Its almost night here in australia, and ive had a hard week. i just want a beautiful, romanticised, ethereal night routine or night generally. I have looked up ethereal night routines, whimsical night routines etc on pinterest, and i would highly recomend that to everyone on here too.
I have had a warm shower with rose and bergamot soap and i have a book of french fairy tales i want to read, i want to do some creative writing, any other ideas? 🥀🤍🌛🌿
Did anyone here ever make a hope chest?
They are like cedar chests, sometimes handpainted where you store all your linens, plates, dinnerware, homewares, precious things for married life, or your own home. I know they are called hope chests in the usa, and glory boxes here in australia, and trousseau chest in europe, cassone in italy. They date back to the 6th century, as far back as egyptian daily life. I am so enamoured of having one, and just sewing beautiful linen for it, and ceramics ive made and painted, and clothes ive sewn, and antique or handmade cutlery. Has anyone had one of these? or has the practice completely faded?
mermaid night routines and mermaid things.💧🤍🌛🐚🌿

The sacred beauty of the orthodox churches
I had not delved much into orthodox christianity, but truly its churches and ancient ways are otherworldly and sacred, the fragrant frankincense incense in the golden censers, the candles, the deep blues, crimsons and golds, the holy icons it is all so mystical & beautiful. These are all russian churches by the way.
Can you imagine life without the presence of god?
I think noones realises how vital it is that we have the presence of god on this dark earth, and in our lives. I have turned back to god so many times because the thought of losing his hope, light, promise and most of all his presence was awful beyond words. I watched a hell near death experience, the woman said over and over, that the most unbearable thing about hell was no longer having the presence of god there, that there was just nothing but total darkness, torture and constant unimaginable evil.
Six beautiful questions to ask yourself today.🌿
What kind of life am I quietly dreaming of?
What are the small joys that are holding me together ?
How can I return to what matters most?
Who are my people and how do I nourish them?
What stories am I ready to stop living out?
How can I let myself be more fully alive?
(found this on pinterest, thought id share) 🌿🌛
advice from a wise woman.
heal yourself with the light of the sun, with the rays of the moon. With the sound of the river and the waterfall. With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds. Heal yourself with mint, neem and eucalyptus. Sweeten with lavender, rosemary and chamomille. Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a hint of cinnamon. Put love in tea instead of sugar and drink it looking at the stars. Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain. Stand strong with your bare feet on the ground and with everything that comes from it. Be smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with your forehead. Jump, dance, sing so that you live happier. Heal yourself with beautiful love, and always remember you are the medicine.

a literary novel that reads like a fairy tale or fable? ✨️
Just that sort of eternal and poetic language.
Who else here is into old faahioned or old world romance?
courtship, love letters, slow dances, gentlemanly, chivalrous things, hope chests, long drives to see the stars at night, buying flowers, that sort of thing, i have always been like that. What do you love or loathe about it? I am also a little wild & passionate at times too. In that romantic way. But definitely in every way i do not belong to the horrific night club, casual, situationships, hookups, whatever this awful era is. I would rather go to a beautiful ball, than some ghetto nightclub.
art & poetry heal me 🎨🌿
anyone else find creative practices help alot with self care. I can see why art therapy exists..just drawing for an hour or colouring can be truly healing.
