To rack or not to rack when lagering

Ok so plan on making my first lager (not my first beer, im quite experienced in this)

My question is, should I rack my lager after fermentation is complete and then lager in the secondary or should I leave it on the lees for the whole lager time in the primary?

Just eat now at the bottom of the pile

Like most people, I multiapp.

I use uber, deliveroo and JE. Up until recently, just eat was my main app as it pays very slightly more (with the boost) and the others were back ups, so when I didn't have a just eat order, id use the other apps.

Anyway, recently I had enough of the buggy app, waiting for orders and getting shitty emails when I cancel an order ive been waiting 20 mins for so decided to put JE at the back of the queue to the point that I now accept 1 or maybe 2 orders from them

And you know what? My hourly earnings have gone up, I can now finish a shift earlier (I finish as soon as I hit a target), im rarely waiting for orders to be ready (with the exception of McDonald's although I now wait a lot less) and I get all my money by wednesday the following week.

So yea, fuck JE. Leave it running in the background and use the other apps instead.

For guys who had the snip. Honestly what is the procedure like?

So i am a 36m and I have no desire to have children, at times I toy with the idea but then, when I really think about the true cost of having children (not just financially) i soon come around.

Anyway, i think its about time i took the plunge and got the snip.

I'm currently single but I absolutely dont want kids and, tbh, the fact that I could accidentally get someone pregnant terrifies me so I think its time to remove that fear.

So, guys, what was the procedure lile? How long were you sore for and how long until you were totally recovered?

How's this looking for office?

I also have navy blue chinos and brown loafers (same colour)

For context, I am british and live in the UK (just in case American offices are a bit more corporate)

New bug in this ever reliable app?

So i have noticed that I get the "is everything ok" warning after 3 mins or so regardless if I am on the way or not.

I actually had a job reassigned because I didn't get there quick enough, it was about 10 mins away and I headed straight to the pick up after accepting the order, there was no traffic etc. Luckily, it was in the same direction as home anyway, had it been 10 mins in the opposite direction I would have been fucked off.

So now if I take an order thats far away, I risk losing it because "they havent heard from me"

Are just eat encouraging speeding now?

Anyone else got this?

Absolutely slated the JE app on this survey

If we all did this and completely slated the app, perhaps maybe, just maybe, they'll fix the steaming pile of dog shit that it is.

How to navigate a casual relationship

Ok so I 36m have just began a casual relationship.

We have communicated that we do not want a romantic relationship and i have stated that I do not want a relationship for at least this year due to various reasons (money and time being the main ones), she understood and also said she is not currently after one but would be open to one if it happened organically, I said i didn't rule it out but that i cant see it happening any time soon.

We have also agreed to address feelings if they ever come up (i.e if one gets romantic feelings, we communicate that asap)

Now, ive never had a FWB type situation before so I am not too sure on the protocol in terms of texting/dating etc. I dont want to lead her on and act like she is my girlfriend but at the same time, I dont want to be cold and nonchalant.

FWIW we slept together on the first date and hold hands/cuddle in public at times which I'm fine with, we also have agreed that we are non exclusive and I see she is still active on the apps (which is fine)

Has anyone had any experience of this?

Can someone please get rid of the scan receipt feature?

It hardly ever works and to access the part to take a photo requires you to go though like 4 steps.

If you have to keep it, can you just get rid of the scan feature and just allow us to take a picture from the start?

I don't know who im really talking to but just needed to rant 😂😂

What's the lowest tip you've ever received?

Uber didn't even allow me to send a 'thanks for the tip' ...I'm appreciative either way though...what's the lowest tip you've ever received?

Applying minox then tret 2-4 hours later?

Hey, so i use tret and minox.

I apply the minox then about 4 hours after i apply the tret.

Is this OK?

The reason I apply minox first is i can apply in the early evening and get on with my evening job and then apply tret when home at night (when its dark)

If I applied both when I got home, id have to stay awake for a few hours whilst it absorbs which obviously isnt ideal.
