Is there a better way to make npcs fight each other?

I have the menyoo mod and I love it but programming the npcs individually is tedious, is there a better mod to have npcs have wars that doesn’t require this?

Stop telling people how to do their jobs when you’re calling.

"I get so many hateful people calling in and trying to tell me how to do my job. I work in tech support, and we are there to help, but there’s always that one person (usually a boomer) who thinks they know better. Today, a customer literally told me to be quiet while I was trying to help her plug in a router. If these people are calling us for help, they need to just stop talking and let us do our jobs."

Pc struggles to shutdown

I have had this pc for about a month and it never has done this until recently but it’s been struggling to shut down, the power button works fine but the pressing “shut down” on windows will not shut it down fully, it either takes a few seconds or up to a minute, any advice?

What benefit do people get for sending slurs or vulgar messages?

This isn't my story, it’s my friend’s. He plays in high-plat lobbies and constantly gets hate mail whenever he drops high-kill games. Recently, some toxic random sent him a straight-up slur. My friend reported him immediately, and PlayStation actually came through—the guy got permanently banned.
A few hours later, the dude creates an alt account just to spam-message my friend, crying about the consequences of his own actions. He was sending stuff like:
"I spent over $4,000 on my account!"
"I had that account for 11 years!"
"That was my only account!"
Like... why do people send hateful garbage knowing they can lose everything over a video game?
Consider this a PSA: don't throw slurs and insults over messages, it’s not worth it to lose your entire account over a bad game.

A guy thought a surge protector was his router

I have taken a lot of calls in the almost 3 years I’ve been doing tech support, but my god the amount of stupidity I’ve dealt with deserves atleast a 50 cent raise. I talked to this customer today and he was needing his WiFi password because of course I guess writing things down is unheard of these days when you’re older than 50, I tried getting him to use the default password that was on a sticker on his router, he goes over to the attic because I guess that’s where some people store their routers now and he says “ok I found my router and I don’t see a sticker”, so I ask “ok what is your brand of router?” And he says “Panamax”. I had to have him repeat that because I swear I misheard him but no, he says “Panamax” again, I told him that I needed the router brand and he says “Panamax” again, I then told him that a “Panamax” is a brand of surge protector and unless it powers his router, has nothing to do with the internet, I then get him to finally locate it and when I say “have you figured out the brand of your router yet?” He says “my stereo isn’t on yet”, he then got his son to look around who sounded to be in his late 30s and his son tells me that the brand of router they have is a “Panamax”, I then started getting irritated, advised that the surge protector isn’t a router and then after like 10 minutes it turned out to be a Netgear router, I told them to call the manufacturer as this was a 3rd party router and we don’t support these and hung up. This was the first call of the day.

Stop asking where we are located

I deal with a lot of people from a lot of states, I don’t see why like over half of them need to know where I or anyone else is located at? It doesn’t matter, we aren’t gonna help you any less because we are in another state, we’ve had people throw fits because we aren’t close to them and it’s pathetic. I do not work from home but I guess it’s good I don’t because I’ve had many customers telling me that I “probably lay around in bed and work from home” or “I need to get out of bed and type on my keyboard”, I really don’t get what it matters if someone does anyway. We don’t disclose our location for a reason because our computers have sensitive info on them.

Stop calling for tv issues when we only do internet tech support.

I do tech support for a ton of ISPs, we do have cable providers but I’m not talking about these, I’m talking about the smart TVs people get, I’m not here to hold your hand and walk you through how to get to the settings on your tv, the only thing we do is router troubleshooting and anything to do with the internet, yes the tv may connect to the internet, but we aren’t sending out a technician to connect your fucking tv, I see tv issues most with Samsung and Vizio TVs, I had a supervisor call today supposedly where a tech was apparently refusing to send a technician out over a tv issues, I advised the customer that we aren’t sending out a tech over a television issue as it is a third party device and has nothing to do with us, it turns out the issue was a bad HDMI cable which that’s on them to replace, like if you don’t know how to work a tv, don’t get one.

Weirdest interaction I’ve ever hard as a Call Center worker.

I do tech support for a lot of ISPs so I’ve had my fair share of weird and idiotic calls, but this one tops all of them, there was this old woman who was in the rural Midwest who seemed ok at first, casually explaining she has had internet issues and such, typical call for me, but then the weird shit came, she started getting into her personal life and told me that her son had disappeared for years but had secretly been killed and replaced by a doppelgänger, then she went on about how a service technician had come out to her house and was secretly a hacker employed by her family to steal her WiFi password? I’ve had a few calls where people will say that people break into their house to steal their WiFi passwords but it sounds out of this world someone would break into your house just for that. She then proceeded to start whispering and said her family had installed listening devices in her house to get to her money, I tried my best to make small talk with her but was utterly confused and didn’t know what to say, the last minute of the call was her crying and she went to hide in the closet and said she has to go. I realize she was probably mentally ill but felt bad about how she had no one and probably was put aside from her family as she seemed to fear them.

Finally getting over my dizziness after 6 years.

I have struggled for a long time with being dizzy and having severe vertigo, it started getting better last year when I got glasses and could see better, I recently just started going to stores again after thinking I had PPPD but it is really easy now, I’m finally overcoming my agoraphobia and anxiety.
