My buddy chipped a bit off my camshaft quite some time ago, we were medsing around doing a timing belt job, simple mistake. It isn't a huge chip, the car runs fine, but he's putting a new cam in HIS mk4, and I'm wondering if his old 1.9tdi camshaft will fit on my 1.6idi.

in addition, I have had so much trouble with stuck bolts on this car, it genuinely feels like every single part I try to replace has at least one bolt that will inevitably strip if I try to remove it.
