Oil leaking out of fuel injector drain tube(recall fix)

Had the oil changed this morning on my 2021 Bronco Sport 1.5L. Got home and noticed a small puddle on driveway while checking to make sure there were no leaks.
It seems to be coming from the drain tube they installed as part of the fuel injector recall. Is this probably just oil that was carelessly poured in while changing or is it something to worry about?

"Excuse me, my sister just poisoned me"

Helping a customer find a grocery item when another customer walks swiftly by saying, "Excuse me, my sister just poisoned me." I was processing what he just said and the customer said, "What?" He's halfway down the aisle, turns around, continues to walk backwards, and replies, "I wear dollars, I don't make cents(sense?)."

This place is weird.

It felt like a VR u-learn. I probably should have chosen "Tell a coach or team lead" but instead chose "Get weirded out and do nothing."

Should 2021 BB downshift while coasting in normal mode?

I've noticed, while coasting, the rpm's jump up every so often. Not by much, maybe 100 rpm's or so. Don't really feel it or hear it, just notice it on the tach.

Dealer didn't mention empty coolant reservoir

Over the winter, our 2021 Bronco Sport BB heater wasn't putting out heat. Found the coolant reservoir very low, filled it, heat worked. This prompted me to look up low coolant levels and find out about the BS's water pump problems. Well, the warranty expired in April. I was looking through old service records and noticed one said "Coolant Reservoir Empty - Refilled." No one communicated any sort of concern with this and no leak diagnosis was done.
My question is, would this help in any way to get a new water pump covered by Ford? I'm guessing no but hoping yes.

Who picks up Walmart returns from home?

I just created a return from home pickup through my W+. Who do we send to get them? Never heard anyone in the store talk about that being their job. Is it spark drivers?

Yes, I could've brought it back on my next shift. But the last thing i want to do before work is spend time in that CS line. W+ is free so, might as well.

18K Mile Oil Change - Action Moving Forward

Recently had oil changed at dealer. Said there was some sludge on dipstick and wanted me to do an engine flush. I declined that because I know I'd heard bad things can sometimes happen when those are done.
When I got home, I checked my records and the nearest oil change I could find was at 27k miles. Right now I'm at 45k. No scolding necessary, I'm already really beating myself up. It's possible I had on change in between there but I just can't find the receipt.
Anyway, I'd like to do right for this 2021 Bronco Sport as possible going forward. I'm going to get the next oil change at 1,000 miles. Then 3,000, then every 5,000 moving forward.
First, was I right in refusing the flush? Second, if I switch to full synthetic(I'd been doing synthetic blend), should I bother doing it for the next two oil changes which are sooner than any maintanence schedule? I assume the next two changes are kind of a "cleaning" cycle and wasn't sure if it was a waste to use the fully synthetic when it's only going to be changed out soon.

Thanks.

Again, no scolding necessary, I've done plenty to myself.

Any reason to move from FDD to Cap 2?

A Cap 2 TL asked me if I wanted to go there. I'm in dairy right now and don't mind it much. Seems pretty chill. IF I wanted more hours I could get them in cap 1. I don't think I want more hours right now. Any other advantage to cap 2?

Am I supposed to get an evaluation around my 6 month anniversary?

I'm just wondering if we are supposed to get an evaluation sometime around our 6 month anniversary? Or, does everyone just get one after the first of the year IF they have been there six months?

Post-inventory day FDD trucks.

Had our inventory day on Thursday. Friday's FDD truck was 23 pallets which was about 10 more than our average.
I expected it, although I didn't think it would be the very next day! My question is this, should future trucks go right back to relatively normal sizes? Or, does this continue for like a week?

Should I request days off separately?

If I request multiple days off, can management approve some and reject others? Or, since they are part of the same request, will they all be approved or rejected?

Should I take the Teaming Employment Assessment

Just hit my 6 month employment anniversary. I'm only part-time and not sure at all that I even want to be a TL. But, I see that now I have the option to take the TL test. I always like to have as many options open to me as possible. What are the plusses and minuses of taking the text now?

5 hour shift with no scheduled lunch

My shifts are normally 3pm-10pm with an hour lunch. Lately, they've cut me to 3-9 with an hour lunch. Last week, my PL moved today's shift to 11am-4pm with no scheduled lunch. Am I still expected to take one? Can I take one? If I don't take one, is there going to be an exception?
Also, if I don't take a lunch I just get on 15-minute break, correct?

If you choose "Don't Replace" driver have incentive to mark as unavailable

In an effort to make save time and make more money, what incentive do drivers have to not just mark an item as unavailable if you have no substitution or marked as 'don't replace'? The tip is still the same.

I work there and know for a fact that some items that my drivers have marked as unavailable are in stock and in their proper locations. Trying to keep this from happening.

Is anyone happy after moving up to team lead?

Seems as everyone here regrets their decision to promote to team lead. Just wondering if there is anyone out there who is happy with doing it. If so, what do you think the reason is for so many regretting the decision? Just weren't ready for a ton more responsibility? Store dependent? Is there a TON more responsibility or was the added responsibility about what you expected?

Topstocking method

I've only done topstocking a couple of times on the app. A couple of problems I always see are people not facing UPC codes outward and putting items in front of other, different items. I'm thinking of just starting by going down the entire aisle and pulling things that are behind other items to the front and making sure at least one UPC code is visible per item that's up there. Does anyone bother doing anything similar? Do you just do this on a section by section basis?
Also, how many sections do you do at a time? I found myself not necessarily trusting the app and pretty much did a section at a time, along with just one item at a time. I'd scan the section's topstock, look at which item needed to be picked, look at the location to make sure there is actually room, then grab the item and put it in it's spot. Seems slightly inefficient. Does anyone actually just scan the whole aisle at once?

TLDR: Just wondering how to improve my topstock method and seeing how others handle their topstocking.
