Two 15 minute breaks if I take 59 minute lunch

Policy states that if we work over six hours, we get two 15 minute breaks. If I have a seven hour shift with a scheduled hour lunch, can I take a 59 minute lunch and then get two breaks? Or even just punch in one minute early? Policy doesn’t say “scheduled” six hours. It says “work” six hours.
I know it’s a sneaky loophole.

When does PPTO pay show on One@Work?

I put in for ppto, for a callout yesterday, this morning. It was approved. One@Work doesn't show it as part of what I've earned. Will it show this at all, or is the ppto pay something that's not added until pay day?

Can coach/TL see that you requested shift swap?

I'm not talking about after someone accepts. I assume they might have to approve that. But, can a TL or coach see when I've just asked someone, via the app, to swap a shift?

When does availability take effect?

I changed my availability a few weeks ago to be unavailable on Tuesday nights. The system said this would be effective May 16. When the newest schedule came out, last week, it had me scheduled for Tuesday evening, May 19. I came here asking and someone said that the effective date was for the schedules released starting May 16. Ok, I checked the newest schedule, released today the 16th, and sure enough it has me working the evening of Tuesday the 26th.
How does the system even make this possible if the availability has been approved? Should I talk to my coach or people lead?

Helping customers or passive-aggressive bad habit?

When customers are looking for something, like canned fruit, I find myself pointing to the aisle signs and saying, "Oh, it's aisle A18, the one that says 'canned fruit'."
I thought I was helping customer to realize that so much of the stuff they look for it says right on the aisle sign. In the future, they can find it by looking. But, now I wonder if I'm just being passive-aggressive. Try to stop or keep "educating"?

When does availability take effect?

I changed my availability to make Tuesday nights unavailable. It says this availability starts Sat. May 16. New schedule came out today and it show I'm scheduled to work Tuesday, May 19. Does this availability apply only to schedules that are created after May 16, or to the actual scheduled dates three weeks out from May 16?
I'd think that since this is all app-based and in the system, there's no way I could be scheduled for Tuesday the 19th UNLESS it actually only starts to apply to those schedules that are created on May 16, which would actually apply to work dates 3 weeks later.

I've been dragging for a month and finally went to the doctor and found out I've got severe anemia. Waiting to get an IV infusion on Monday. I called in yesterday because i ended up having to go to a doctor, last minute, right before my shift AND I'm just worn out.
Probably not expected to start feeling better for about a week. If I file a claim with Sedgwick for LOA, will it cover the day I already called in and was pointed for, thus removing the point?
I only had 1 point prior to this and I've got enough PPTO to cover another day. I can probably cover a few more scheduled days, but I'd rather not be teetering on 4 points with no PPTO if avoidable.
I'm contemplating just going in tomorrow and trying to tough it out as I don't work again until Wednesday, but honestly, I've come close to passing out a few times and not sure how wise it would be for me to go in.

Thanks

I have 11 hrs ppto. I reported and absence and was going to use ppto but I’m trying my best to always keep 6 hours off ppto because that’s how long my shifts are and I want those available just in case of unavoidable emergency.
Question is this, if I use 3 hours of ppto for this reported absence, do I only get half a point instead of the full point if I didn’t use any of my ppto?

Replacing the walls on our delapidated shed. Time, and money, has limited us to replacing the OSB walls with OSB. I know not the best choice, and we'll probably be back here in a few years, but it is what it is.
If I precut the boards and prime them, is it ok to put them up just primed and paint like a week later? Same with trim boards?
Thanks.
