I just did my first oil change on my 2020 cx9 I bought last month from carmax and noticed the oil has a strong gas smell is this normal for this vehicle? I mostly owned toyotas with port injection this my first direct injection and never had a strong gas smell in my oils.

I hardwire my dashcam myself using HK4 and based on my multimeter the sunroof is always on while the rear cigarette lighter was off when the vehicle is off. So I use the sunroof for my red and the cigarette lighter for the yellow.

The dashcam states its going into parking mode and would stay on for about 1-2 mins and just completely shuts off and turns on again when I start the vehicle.

I've check the voltage everytime the dashcam turns off and my multimeter is saying the sunroof fuse voltage is 12.6 but I set my HK4 to 12.4 so it shouldn't turn off 🤷. Also I've check my battery which is only 1 year old and my tester is saying my battery is 100% charged and healthy. Ive also updated the dashcam to the latest version and it didn't do nothing.

So last year my car got totaled my insurance had to pay for it even when it's not my fault since the other party doesn't have insurance, license, not registered. I was upside down but luckily I have GAP. But GAP didnt cover all the cost either since I was told I'm gonna receive 2k from the extended warranty refund so they subtracted it from their total payout. But then warranty refund is taking so long to process and will incur further interest so I decided to pay it out of pocket. But then 1 year later I still havent receive that warranty refund and dealership are ignoring my calls so not only I lost my vehicle but also another 2k. What are my options? Thanks!
