I keep seeing discussions of people claiming that David wasn’t special and was just average when it to comes down to being tolerant of cyberpsychosis.

But I find this argument so irritating because I truly believe that David was special and definitely had some genetics in play that made him really durable from going cyberpsycho, he was also 17-18 during the series his brain was also not fully developed yet still showed a lot of tolerance to cyberpsychosis.

I also hate that people try to downplay David by comparing him to V’s tolerance to cyberpsychosis but V literally had a chip that was repairing his brain by rewriting it as Johnnys, he also had Johnny who had experience and took a massive portion of the mental burden V faced.

We also know that the game takes place in a short timeframe, while David was fully decked out for an entire year and was still able to snap out of cyberpsychosis (I know mainly due to Lucy, but that still shows promising endurance).

I don’t think David was just average I think he was definitely an anomaly and had such a strong endurance and was definitely special to the likes of Adam Smasher & V.

So for some context I have been playing overwatch for a while now and I mainly like to main the tank role especially in competitive however I never once dared to attempt to learn Reinhardt in any shape or form.

Last night I played a match where basically every of my preferred tank characters were banned and the enemies tank played Zarya, we got our ass kicked badly the first half and I had no idea what to do as most of the tanks that counter her were banned except Reinhardt, and so I decided to just say f it and I played hopped on Reinhardt without any prior experience.

And I was able to counter her really well to the point we won the match, I ended up with 32 kills as my first time playing Reinhardt and i genuinely found him very fun, so i definitely do want to learn him and play him more often! Is there any advice or even YouTubers who I should watch to learn more on how to play Reinhardt?

I feel as if you’re going to queue up in 6v6 especially in competitive you should know at bare minimum how to play every role tank,dps,support.

This is an argument I have a lot with my friends & with random teammates within 6v6, at times you’ll get a teammate who only knows how to play only one role and you have to switch to accommodate them and most of the time you just lose value due to it. And so I’ve always argued that you should atleast be able to play every role at bare minimum you should know how to play 2-3 characters from each role, am I wrong for thinking this?
