Any cursed technique that deals with an application of physics is immediately special grade

Earlier there was a post about a hypothetical technique called “STOP” (https://www.reddit.com/r/CTsandbox/s/ktWg4FdS9z credit to this guy, great post!) that was really simple, it reduced the targets relative momentum to zero. The second I read that my physics nerd brain went haywire, especially with how much cursed techniques are up to interpretation in JJK, because you can immediately do some crazy stuff depending on how precise you can get with the technique.

It made me realize that’s why Yuki and Gojo are ranked special grade. Even though the explanation of infinity sounds hella complicated, Limitless is actually pretty simple: the user has control over space (not like Uro obviously), Yuki has control over mass, and any other physics concepts would immediately be ranked special grade because these concepts pushed to their limit end up in the realm of theory. Anything could happen depending on how the sorcerer views their own technique so they are immediately a threat to the world

Why does this moment get referenced so much?

Obviously Baki and Yujiro’s first fight is pretty important to the story but this specific silhouette gets brought up again. Now that I finally got to the father son fight it feels like this last part is in reference to it again but I can’t exactly put all the pieces together if I’m being honest, something about family but that’s all I got.

This idea of “the enemy” is what caused Akemura’s corruption

I think the Mikaboshi’s prayers to not let the enemy seize the stone may have passively fused into the Datenseki, so what ever happened during the war to make Akemura snap powered the Datenseki’s drive to stop or eliminate “enemies.” The problem is anyone can be labeled an enemy

This is probably more thematic than directly related to the power system but I still think it’s a cool idea

I have a feeling the manga will follow a similar theme (and such)

One of my favorite things about this manga is how much importance they give to perspective, and I think this same idea from Modulo might come up. We don’t know if the Mikaboshi were there first, but we do know that those feelings are being used to justify an invasion. I have a feeling someone in the story is going to have a breakdown like Maru here

My desperation for True Shuffle knows no bounds

So a lot of the settings in the shortcuts app do not work for me. Play count set to smallest somehow always plays songs from my favorites playlist, Last played date set to oldest will play songs I heard yesterday, and the Random function on its own is definitely NOT random it has the same problems as shuffle which is hearing the same songs over and over. Sometimes damn near in the same order. After lots of tinkering I’ve landed on this combination of filters and it truly does shuffle my entire library. I’m finally hearing songs I’ve added years ago that I never hear because shuffle keeps playing the same 30 songs. Every once in a while a repeated song will come on but it’s so spaced out now that it’s actually enjoyable to hear them again. I tried this same combination of filters to shuffle my playlists but it only seems to work half as well at best when shuffling playlists.

edit: If anyone has anything better or easier please let me know cuz it’s not perfect but it’s def the best I’ve got. also here’s the link: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/1d1276ce0764477bbf284e6e7685c3be

The Hishaku feel reminiscent to the Phantom Troupe from HxH

A huge gang all with unique powers and different backgrounds, all under the lead of one guy who they honestly believe but also they lowkey care about each other (some of them). I’m thinking maybe some HxH inspiration, and I’m sure that’s never been said about a manga before lol

Just got to this point in the manga and this sumo arc is super weird to me, why’s there no crowd for this little tournament they’re about to do?? Tokugawa just didn’t bother promoting this one for some reason? Also why are we starting with some guy we’ve never met instead of the 5 this was offered to?

One of the big things I noticed that helped me with boxing is how critical weight distribution is. There’s a difference between just being on your toes by lifting your heels off the ground, and actually shifting your center of gravity above your toes with a slight lean forward (if that makes sense). Once this clicked it’s like so many other things clicked into place for me, keeping my shoulders relaxed, snapping my punches, chin tucked, etc.

This is about 8 months in (I think?), and I feel like I’m just now finally understanding how to be comfortable and relaxed in my stance. What’re some things that helped you get comfortable and how far along into training did you figure it out?
