Might and Weaknesses
I'm very new to LitM. I'm trying to get a handle on narrating for a party that is converting from DnD at Level 5. The ranger in particular has me wondering on how to navigate his Sharpshooter theme's weakness for close combat. Sharpshooter is his one Adventure tier theme. When Origin tier foes close the distance, does he still get +2 on the situation (+3 might difference, -1 weakness)? The tier difference pretty much overwrites the weakness and could even encourage him to wade into melee combat to earn xp. Perhaps that's not a bad thing and could lead to character changes, but again, I'm really new, so trying to get my head around a very different system.
Using Conversion tool from DnD 5(.5)e, but need advice on gold
Level 5 DnD party is considering switching from DnD to LitM having recently finished Lost Mine of Phandelver. The conversion tool has been very helpful for most aspects, but I'm iffy on the parties combined treasury. They're sitting at around 900 gold currently. The paladin would like to buy plate armor, which costs 1,500 gold. My tentative solution is to grant the party a story tag of Wealth-2, then at Wealth-4 (achieved in maybe 2 to 3 more sessions), the paladin can purchase the armor without making the team destitute, sliding them back to Wealth-1. Does that sound fair?
Adjusting Lost Mine of Phandelver
I'd like to take my party through Lost Mine of Phandelver. This will be my first time with the module. While I'm an experienced DM overall, I've spent a long time playing other systems and only recently returned to DnD. I'm a bit rusty with adjusting things and would like some advice.
The party is Level 3, not 1, but it's also only a party of 3 (Paladin, Ranger, Rogue). Will that basically balance things out without much intervention from me? If not, should I have a friendly NPC join them in later chapters, like Sildar?
We're also using DnD 5.5e. I know it's supposed to be backwards compatible with 5e, but are there any particular pitfalls I should look out for in terms of version discrepancy?
Recently picked up Adam, but struggling. How do you all get value compared to just choosing another Strategist?
I recently had a game where my co-healer was Gambit. I had 48% accuracy, he had 27%. Despite that, he had more healing, more kills, and more damage. I don't begrudge him more healing, as he's a main healer, but as an off-healer, I'd expect at least more damage and kills. The same has been repeated with every other healer I've been paired with so far, with the exception of Rocket, who had more heals, but less damage and kills.
Is this just a part of playing Adam and I should focus less on the scoreboard and more on good plays, especially with the ultimate and soul bond?
Worker Cooperative & Liberation Wars no longer creates Communal Parity with Shared Burdens civic
In the past, winning Liberation Wars with a Worker Cooperative created a democratic communal parity empire with Shared Burdens. However, now I'm only getting oligarchies, which is pretty much diametrically opposed to what Worker Cooperatives stand for. When did this change?
Not thrilled that Thing can prevent us from using the team-up that he gives us...
I attempted to uppercut, then was confused when my button press didn't register. Then I noticed that Thing's grounded effect locks out our Thing uppercut :(. Imo, it would've been better for him to get the team-up from Angela as thanks for taking care of Laussa, a punch that sends him skyward, blessed by the Angel who came to the defense of K'un-Lun.
Netease stated that solo dive was dead and we needed to team-up with other dive. As a dive/brawl hybrid, Thing as our enhanced team-up sets up a conflict of interest, as dive duos benefit from having Thing banned.
This doesn't exactly seem fair
Cyclops can no longer 2-tap 275s, but Luna can.
Update!
The devs heard our pleas and are buffing Scott with the next hotfix! Thanks to everyone who brought attention to this thread!

How it feels helping my original main win in the Shenloong Arena with my current one!
Disclaimer: Yes, I know Ryu isn't Chinese, but I still hope we get a dap duo emote for Scott & Lin Lie!
Robots can now be updated to Arkship habitability in the beta branch!
Pops auto-migrating between arkships now in the beta branch!
R5: After being so used to manually moving pops between arkships in the released version, it was a nice surprise to see arkship auto-migration in the beta. I only noticed when the 100+ civilians on my flagship dropped to 14 thanks to jobs on my 2nd ship.

Nomad pop exchange removed?
A few days ago, my nomads were collecting a few pops by exchanging crew with the worlds I was visiting while creating cheap branch offices. A few hundred here, a few hundred there. However, I'm my most recent playthroughs, I'm not getting any pop exchanges at all. Was this removed?
Not today, CnD!
Scott is my first poke character (I normally play Iron Fist), so I was thrilled to land this in comp!
Got my first hexa!
I'm an Iron Fist main who had no interest in any of the hitscan characters in Marvel Rivals until Cyclops arrived. He is so much fun! Even though my team lost this match, I had a ton of fun in this match.
Not today, Emma!
I love our mobility as Scott! Saved myself from the wall slam portion of one kick and then the first kick of the next grab entirely!
