We added a little secret under the hood made it able to tackle altitude and highway with over sized tires it was getting sluggish - this brought it back to life.

Toyota FJ Cruiser 4.0L V6 Supercharged Dyno Results
This FJ Cruiser came in making 296.9 hp and 336 lb-ft of torque at the wheels.
After the VT Supercharger installation, it produced 387.8 hp and 421 lb-ft of torque.
That works out to:
+90.9 wheel horsepower
+85 lb-ft of wheel torque
+30.6% horsepower gain
+25.2% torque gain
The biggest difference isn’t the peak numbers—it’s how much stronger the vehicle feels throughout the rev range. Highway passing, towing, climbing grades, and off-road driving all benefit from the additional torque and power.

We just got this new install - and put it on the dyno, dm for results

the test drive was wild, at the end.

This is a new upgrade, on the 6.4L engine, the stock is great fast responsive the add on 40% more power and it becomes real.

We didn’t want to hand the keys back to the client! Would you pick the red or the black supercharger kit?

The dyno results are in.

This Toyota Tacoma 2.7L just put down:

✅ 225.7 wheel horsepower

✅ 222.8 lb-ft wheel torque

And here’s the part most people miss…

These numbers were recorded in Denver, Colorado at roughly 5,000 feet above sea level.

Anyone who’s driven a naturally aspirated vehicle at altitude knows how much performance you can lose as elevation increases.

That’s one reason supercharging makes so much sense for trucks that spend time in the mountains.
