Why doesn’t Critical Role just kill Sam Riegel?

Everyone knows that Sam Riegel is the worst, and in every episode, everyone in the cast shows anger and disgust at his antics, so why don’t they just... you know... pull a Orion Acaba and just kill him?

Bought the core books the other day and had my first crack at making a character

Wasn’t enough space for all the skills on one page so only kept the ones that seemed fitting

Question about Alaris

I don’t know if I missed or misunderstood something but to my understanding Alaris has an invulnerable body, with only Andrael’s swords being able to pierce his skin.
Was it ever explained why he had this unique power while the rest of the venerate didn’t?

People who left a non-d&d system to focus on d&d, do you exist and why?

Constantly see posts on this subreddit about people who abandoned d&d for another game but was wondering if the opposite was true for some people

Battle Beast enters Azeroth (world of Warcraft) - can he find a worthy opponent?

Battle Beast (invincible) is dropped into a random area of Azeroth, seeking a worthy opponent to end his life
Can anyone in this world match or eventually kill him?

Help me find a clip where a guy screams “Telekinetic choke-slam!)

It’s a video of a guy commentating over an extremely glitchy game of one of the wwe 2k games
One wrestler lifts and slams another wrestler while nowhere near him and the commentator says “telekinetic choke slam” (or body slam?)
I thought it was the funniest shit a few years ago but now I can’t find it

Found my homebrew I made when I was 15-16. How could you improve/balace them?

The magnetic drake seems pretty well made with probably only minor tweaks
The demon is an absolute mess of a stat block and needs quite a bit work. Plus I apparently didn’t know what saves were back then
The defenestrate spell was made as a joke

Best place to get 3.5e books?

Been playing 5e for a few years but I’ve developed an interest in 3.5 and would like to where I could find some of the rule books. Preferably at not too high a price.
Also would I be better off playing something similar like pathfinder?

Strength vs Skill - any examples in your system?

I’ve been reading the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher and a part of the magic system I found interesting is how the main character describes himself as being very strong with magic but technically not very good at magic.
Does your magic system work in a way where someone is powerful through being “strong” without being skilled or powerful through being extremely skilled without being “strong”

The two magic systems of my new setting - Imperial Magic, Southern Magic and how they derive from the soul

The Soul - the soul is the spiritual core of a person, containing the essential energies that allow life along with a persons deeper consciousness and identity.
A human soul is comprised of two aspects, The Truth & The Shadow.
The Truth is believed by scholars to be the foundational spiritual ideal that makes up a being. It is said to contain the perfect version (or true version) of a being. It’s also closely associated with the human capacity for logic, intellect and morality
The Shadow is the reflection of the Truth. It represents the warping and “corruption” of the ideal self, often being associated with capacity for violence and base instinct. However, some scholars believe the Shadow is essential of the emotional complexity of humans.
The internal clash of these polar opposite spiritual aspects is believed to be the source of Essence (called Fissional Essence by Imperial scholars or Mana by Southern shamans). This is believed to be the most physically important aspect of the soul, powering and maintaining aspects of the physical body.

Imperial Magic - the major soul-derived art used within the Holy Empire of Leuerandt is known to the common people simply as Imperial Magic but is known to scholars and practitioners as Tenemancy, or Shadow Control. Through both a natural born inclination towards the spiritual Shadow and extensive mental training, a Tenemancer can manifest their Shadow into a semi-physical form outside their body. Often appearing as a large inky humanoid figure that extends from a Tenemancer’s body from a thin stalk.
These manifested Shadows are exceptionally strong while also being able to phase through solid matter, making them essentially impossible to damage unless by another magical force. Additionally they can focus their Shadow matter into more solid forms to shield the user from attack. A Shadow can only extend less than 10 meters from their user and a user cannot hold their Shadow manifest for more than a few minutes without suffering exhaustion that could lead to unconsciousness or even death in extreme conditions.

Southern Magic - the soul-derived art used originally by the native people of the Nui’Morah Isles (known simply as the Southern Isles to Imperial citizens), known commonly as Infusion or Essence Ritual. This art focuses on the manipulation and transference of Essence through ritual, most often for the creation of Essence Infused items capable of supernatural abilities. Southern Shamans may channel their Essence into an object to infuse it, permanently physically weakening themselves to provide power to another in the community. The most common infused items are Attribute Enhancers, which drain a physical attribute of the shaman into an item such as a ring or amulet which then adds that attribute onto whomever wears it.
Attribute Enhancers are the most common creation of Southern Magic but there are hundreds of known Infusions with many possible abilities.

Obscure Arts - there are other art derived from the soul from many different lands though they are nowhere near as well known as the big two.
Imperial scholars and spiritual-scientists have been attempting to harness the power of the Truth for decades though successes are few and far between.

Questions are very welcome. First time posting here so sorry if my writing is unclear or doesn’t make sense

Could RCT kill a JJBA vampire?

As we know, reversed cursed technique can be lethal to a cursed spirit if it enters their body.
Could it have a similar effect on a vampire from JoJo’s bizarre adventure, as both creatures are averse to “life energy”?

Building a theoretical 5e character with 3-6 levels in barbarian and the rest in rogue.
Since reckless attack grants advantage, would it benefit from the bonus damage of a sneak attack or is there some rule against that (when using a short sword)
And do you have any thoughts on a barb/rogue combo build?

I’m making a knowledge domain cleric and was wondering if taking a 2 level dip into divination wizard would be worth it?
Thought it seemed thematic but I don’t want it to be too worthless
