Mass Arbitration for 300k Facebook Monetization Challenge. Potentially three causes of action.
I am really pissed about this Facebook monetization situation and think our best option is mass arbitration. We are looking at unfair competition, breach of implied contract, and false advertising. Even if we didnt win our case, facebook would be forced to pay thousands in fees for each of us to AAA. If we did this is mass they would definitely hear us. We can also take it to state regulatory agencies.
