It's about that time of year again. Just a PSA to all you grillers out there.
My company's firewall blocks reddit if there is only one account logged into the computer, but if two users are logged into the computer it isn't blocked.
I'm not asking how to get around company firewall blocks or anything like that. I am actually asking because I am quite intrigued by the fact that this works this way. I work for a state agency so the internet blocks the vast majority of the internet. Almost all social media is blocked. My curiosity comes in though with Reddit. For some reason, if I am the only user logged into windows reddit is blocked. If another person logs into windows, making two or more users logged in, reddit is magically unblocked. It is not this way with everything, FB, YT, Spotify, everything else I have tried remains blocked no matter how many people are logged in. This has been tested with two non-supervisor accounts, so having a supervisor logged in plays no difference in the matter. I guess I'm just curious as to why having two users logged into windows unblocks Reddit. Again, I am not looking for ways to replicate this for other sites. I couldn't care less about that, I am just curious as to why this works at all.
Just a question. I play Marvel Rivals both on steam and on xbox. I use xbox for competitive and steam as my everything else account. On discord, it displays my seasonal competitive rank from my steam account rather than xbox. Is there a way to change this outside of unlinking my steam account?
idk if this fits here but I just got off of work. After 15 hours sober I'm pretty elevated and was thinking about it. Bro Uncle Cracker came out with follow me and it was a banger. I specifically remember one instance I was in gym and it came on the radio. My gym teacher turned it up a touch and we kids just played and sang the song. Come to find out the song was about heroin. lmao. Just thought it was kinda funny. Anyway, I'm going to bed because I work again tonight. ✌️❤️
