A List of AI-Friendly Subreddits

I’m always seeing people post mentions anti-AI subreddits here, along with negative experiences and communities that are hostile toward AI.

What about the opposite?

Please share your favorite AI-friendly subreddits places where people are generally open to AI, AI art, AI tools, or just having reasonable discussions about the technology.

Would be great to build a useful list here so everyone can discover and use those communities too!

Luddites tend to be more submissive

Most of the anti ai Luddites I see on the internet seem like part of a hive mind and a tribe built around hate.

A lot of the arguments they use have the exact same structure and wording. Sometimes it genuinely feels like there’s a puppeteer somewhere pulling the strings and everyone is just repeating the same script.

It makes me wonder if these people are just more submissive by nature, and whether certain agendas take advantage of that for their own benefit. I’m tired of arguing with them.

So now, just for fun, every time I get a hate comment on an AI related post, I generate an AI picture or make an AI song.

At least something creative comes out of it.

When antis are low on karma

And they realize “AI slop” is basically free karma from the hive minded antis cult!

Anti AI hate has turned into a literal witch hunt

We’re reaching a point where people are being accused of using AI just because their writing, art, or even profile pictures look too polished or somehow suspicious. People are getting dismissed without evidence, and anything they create can suddenly be treated as fake!

Is it just me, or does the post 2019 timeline have no idea how time actually works?

Have you ever felt like time has been moving ridiculously fast since 2019?

Honestly, I think we entered a brand new timeline right after COVID. In this one, whoever or whatever system runs the simulation clearly doesn't know how time flow actually works in the real world. Just think about it. I live in Iran, and it feels like the war started yesterday yet somehow, six months have already passed. Or We were all sitting around waiting for the World Cup, and then the entire tournament felt like it flashed by in a single week.

We had experience this before but after 2019 it become so ridiculous and exaggerated.

Days are passing like hours now, and weeks are flying by like days. Whoever designed this current timeline genuinely forgot the basic math of real time. Anyone else feel like we're running on fast forward?

Antis aren’t really against AI. They’re against who gets to control the narrative!

We all remember when legacy media had all the power and could feed people whatever they wanted without being questioned or challenged. After the rise of social media and YouTube, legacy media lost much of its power and dominance to smaller creators and independent voices.

The same thing is happening in the AI debate. Many of these so called antis don’t even realize they’re fighting for an ideology built around control. Just look at what happened to Hollywood. You can barely find a handful of interesting movies in an entire year. Most of them are remakes or sloppy productions. Look at what they did with the Minecraft movie, for example. Look at how these art monopolies control galleries and museums. Anyone who dares to question them gets banned or silenced.

But AI is helping small creators rise up against this authoritarian machine that believes it has the right to decide what counts as art and creativity, and how both should be defined.

For example, look at a short ai series called Craft 1979 and how a single creator used AI to make a Minecraft movie that is better than anything Hollywood and its ideology driven system could create.

AI is an anti monopoly tool for small creators who don’t have the money or resources to fight these artistic empires. Build your AI art and generate your ideas without fear. Don’t let these art colonizers and their pawns make you doubt yourself or convince you that you’re doing something wrong!

From "AI Will Help Us" to "Using AI Is Fascism"?

These people are becoming wild.

Now they're claiming that using AI, or even writing prompts, makes you a fascist.

You can criticize AI all you want, but slapping the label "fascist" on millions of ordinary users is a hysteria disguised as analysis.

History Is Repeating Itself With AI...

I remember when digital cameras first started becoming popular. There was a never ending debate about how analog photography was superior, and people fought hard against the shift. Many would rather deal with the expense, inconvenience, shooting on film, waiting for development, and the entire 35mm workflow than accept digital as a legitimate medium.

The anti AI crowd reminds me a lot of that era, because every major technological shift seems to go through the same cycle: resistance, skepticism, and claims that the new medium can never be "real." Then, over time, it simply becomes another tool for creative people!

I can't unsee the Pragmata walker in this robot!

I came across this guy on Instagram "deepfriedprops" who makes these awesome robots. This particular one instantly reminded me of the Walker from Pragmata. Do you see it too?
