Need advice on running youtube animation channel

Hello Everyone,

I run a animation channel and struggling to pull any views. I do frame by frame animation and 30 sec to 1 min video takes around a month to 2 months so my upload frequency is around 1 to 2 months.

What should I do so that my channel stays active and is slowly growing in viewership?

Any other advice regarding growth will also be helpful.
