Antibiotics and SOB

Alright, I feel like I am failing. I have antibiotics prescribed to me for when I start coughing phlegm and shortness of breath (SOB)....ok preface complete. I am on day 9 of my 10 day antibiotic regiment. My cough is just as severe and maybe worse than when I started the antibiotics. Also, my SOB is incredibly increased. I have exertional dyspnea with short activities I never thought would effect me, but now more than ever. Has anyone else had this problem?

Also, I feel like I live to far for any typical real CF specialist. I had appointment on June 20 something, but had a significant family event I had to reschedule. This CF clinic with the specialist only is once a month, but the provider was gone in July (everyone needs a vacation). I have an appointment at the end of next month because that us next availability. I am a late diagnosed CF patient AND have different issues (severe pancreatitis and GI). Lungs have always bothered me, but they call it hyperventilation syndrome and sleep apnea (I am not obese).

Sorry for all back story. Have anyone of my other CF genetic family have these issues? I don't like going to hospital as a patient (I am a healthcare worker, which makes me the worst pt). Should I just change antibiotics? It sucks waiting and not getting better. I am not on any CF magic drugs. I have baggage and like some of our CF family, I cannot procreate (hard for me to even say).

Anyways friends, especially Kyle. My stupid complaints as far as this goes is insignificant. I wish you all the best health!

Suggestions? Need to break this denial phase

So confused? Mild OSA? I use a CPAP. There is proven medical study on top of medical study that OSA causes GERD. Not getting treatment for it? I had a EDG and take pantoprazole daily along with antacid.
