Weird iPadOS Audio Bug

iPad model: iPad mini (A17 Pro)
iPadOS Version: 26.5

This can happen when you close an audio/video file that is playing audio currently and you close that process. Happens in files and YouTube if you don’t pause. Even occurs with the ringtone and Siri noise!
