I added a bit of cream cheese at the end. I make big batches of this and freeze in portions, so when I'm ready I pull one out a couple hours before dinner, make some pasta and cook enough ground beef for us, and as soon as I drain the pasta I add the sauce-cicle, the seasoned ground beef, and a dollop of cream cheese, and when I'm done mixing it's the perfect temperature for her. Super quick and delicious. She asked for seconds.

This is looking up at the underside of my neighbor's balcony.

The issue is he's constantly walking along the boards and stuff is always falling on me and my toddler. He also does some sort of whittling/chipping away at wood up there, and the shavings are very annoying. I like to sit on my balcony. He has emptied a cooler onto my balcony before (I thought he was pissing, called the non emergency police number and everything) but that must've scared him and he hasn't done that since.

Still, the constant dropping of debris is really getting to me. I can't ask him to stop enjoying his porch as well-- I just don't want to have stuff always falling on us.

What can I do? Ideally something that would block droppage, doesn't cost a lot, and is easy to DIY. I don't have a hammer and wouldn't want to nail anything anyway (I rent), but there's gotta be something I can do. HELP!
