

Orzo pasta with homemade hidden-veggie meat sauce
I added a bit of cream cheese at the end. I make big batches of this and freeze in portions, so when I'm ready I pull one out a couple hours before dinner, make some pasta and cook enough ground beef for us, and as soon as I drain the pasta I add the sauce-cicle, the seasoned ground beef, and a dollop of cream cheese, and when I'm done mixing it's the perfect temperature for her. Super quick and delicious. She asked for seconds.
