What would happen if a stateless person committed a crime against another stateless person in Marie Byrd Land (unclaimed part of Antarctica)?

Would it be possible to prosecute them?

I just died of starvation while eating

So I started a new hardcore world on 1.6.4 and spawned 1500 blocks out in the middle of the ocean. I ended up going thousands of blocks just finding a few tiny grassy islands until I found a couple trees.

I then was planning to go back to the biggest island I found with my wood and saplings to start actually playing and not 50 blocks off the shore my hunger finally ran out and I started slowly starving. I realized my only chance was to kill a zombie for its rotten flesh since it was night and since some were already coming at me off the island I started crazily punching it (no tools since I hadn't used any of the wood yet) and it died with like one heart left on my health bar.

I grabbed the flesh, started eating, accidentally stopped pressing down making me stop eating since my fingers were shaking, started eating again, and less than a second before the eating animation finished...

Why do my two renders have slightly different lighting?

These are two final rendered images. What I did was I copied the first project which the first image is from, then in the new project scaled everything down and added more objects. So theoretically the last frame of the first project and the first frame of the second project should be the same and I can stitch them together into a seamless clip - but there was a slight lighting difference on my Mount Everest object, you can see it if you look closely.

Neither have any light objects since I'm using forest.exr for background to light everything up just like in material preview without actual light objects, and I've already checked that both have shadows turned off. Can anyone help me figure out any other causes of this?
