IMO, Jason runs to close the distance between his victims, as we've seen in part 4 when he chased down Tommy's sister Trish outside the house, and in 2009, where he runs and throws an axe at Lawrence outside the chalet. On top of that, he also runs to fight when Freddy fights him, and when Freddy gets dragged by Jason, Jason then runs when Freddy gets dragged to the glass window. When he teleports, it's for stealth and ambush attacks, along with intimidation, as we've seen in part 8 and Jason X. Also, Jason appears everywhere he goes because he may know where to track his victims, where they are, and running.

Coming to think of this. The Collector from The Collector and Chromeskull from laid to rest are so similar because they’re both killers that use special tools to kill their victims. The Collector uses Traps, while Chromeskull uses like brass knuckle Bowie knives and cameras. Both are like sadistic and cunning individuals and they are mysterious killers who are good fighters in their own right. Also they have higher levels of intelligence to the point they can evade their victims (The Police) in their movies.

When I was reading the PLL Books, in my late childhood, to preteen age, I was shocked by Ali's actions, like she's a serial killer and a snuff filmmaker. Which, when I was thinking bout it, the more I read about how Ali did to the Liars and the people she killed and manipulated, the more I think Ali has done a lot worse in the books than other teen drama villains like Heather Chandler and JD from Heathers, Georgina Sparks from GG, Nate Jacobs from Euphoria, Hiram Lodge from Riverdale, Jennifer Check from Jennifer's Body, Nancy Downs from The Craft, Chanel Oberlin from Scream Queens, Regina George from Mean Girls, and Courtney Shayne from Jawbreaker plus Billy Hargrove from Stranger Things.

So should Ali be the top one of the best teen drama villains in fiction? If we used the book version of her, who is she as a character? Plus, should Book Ali have a pure evil page on the Fandom Wiki? Not to mention, she's a cult leader, and she planted a freaking bomb almost to kill the liars, damn it! Plus, using psychological warfare to fake her own death? That's a whole lot of messed-up stuff IMO. Plus, Alison is much more intelligent and more smarter in the books, than she is in the TV version.
