Muscle weakness symptoms — does it get worse at a particular time of day?

For those who experienced muscle weakness with vitamin D deficiency, what did the weakness actually feel like? Was it mainly in your arms, legs, or throughout your body?

Also, did you notice that the weakness or fatigue was worse at a particular time of day — for example, in the morning, afternoon, or evening?

Also, how many weeks after starting vitamin D treatment did you begin to notice improvement?

My vitamin D level is 18 ng/mL, and I’m currently taking 10,000 IU per day.

How Can You Look at Me, Pretend I'm Someone You've Never Met?

You walked past me today as if my name had never lived on your lips.

As if you had never needed my presence just to feel okay,

As if the love that once filled your eyes for me had never existed at all,

As if the memories we built together belonged to someone else's life.

I wanted to ask if forgetting me was really that easy, or if pretending simply hurt less than remembering.

I still catch myself looking for you in crowded places. Every familiar laugh makes my heart hesitate. Every song we loved feels unfinished now. The world keeps moving, but somewhere inside me, time stopped the moment you decided we were strangers.

The hardest part isn't that you left.

It's that you took the version of me that believed love could survive anything.

If I could meet you again as someone who's never known you, I'd probably fall in love all over again. That's the tragedy of it,you were my favorite hello and somehow became the coldest goodbye.

So tell me...

How can you look into the eyes that once held your entire world and see nothing at all?

Maybe one day I'll stop carrying the weight of your absence. Maybe one day your name won't echo through every quiet moment.

But today, I still love someone who acts like we've never met.

And I think that's the loneliest kind of heartbreak there is.

Will companies eventually move to hosting powerful local LLMs in-house?

With models becoming smaller, more efficient and significantly more capable every year, I've been wondering about the long-term direction of enterprise AI.

What do you think is the most likely future?

Will most large companies eventually run their own open-source LLMs on their own infrastructure?

Will only enterprises with strict security requirements do this?

Or will API-based AI remain the dominant approach because the latest proprietary models will always be ahead?

Could these have been signs of romantic interest, or am I reading too much?

I'm curious how people who understand body language would interpret this.

If a girl:

Gently teases or rests her shoes against mine while we're sitting face to face.

Occasionally touches my shoulder or neck while reaching past me to pass something to someone else.

During group conversations, often looks at me while laughing or reacting to something.

Would you generally see these as possible signs of romantic interest, or could they simply be friendly behavior?

I know body language alone can't tell you exactly how someone feels. I'm just curious how people would interpret this combination of behaviors.

For context, I'm a bit of an introverted person, so I sometimes find it difficult to read social cues or know whether someone is just being friendly or trying to express something more

To the girl I never had the courage to tell

I don't know if you'll ever read this.

Maybe that's why these words are easier to write.

It's been seven years and somehow, the things I never said have stayed with me longer than I ever expected.

Back then, I was shy. I was immature. I confused silence with safety. I thought there would always be another day to say something, another chance to let you know what was in my heart.

There wasn't.

As I grew older, I realized something painful: silence doesn't protect people. Sometimes it hurts them more than the truth ever could.

I don't know what your life looks like today.

I don't know what you're studying, what dreams you're chasing, who makes you laugh now, or whether you ever think about those days.

I just hope life has been kind to you.

I recently created an Instagram account for my startup and the projects I'm working on.I'm usually much more active on Twitter. While I was setting up my account, I unexpectedly came across your profile. It was one of those moments where the world seemed to go quiet for a second and years of memories came rushing back all at once

For a few moments, seven years disappeared.

I saw someone who had grown, someone who had become her own person and I found myself wondering how life had been treating you.

I also happened to notice a few of the things you like and repost. It was such a small detail, but it made me smile. Seeing your love for astronomy, nature and animals felt strangely familiar because those are things I've always been deeply drawn to as well. It reminded me that sometimes, even after years, people can still quietly have things in common

It also made me realize how much I had left unsaid.

Life has taught me many things over these years.

The most important one is kindness.

Kindness isn't always about grand gestures.

Sometimes it's simply telling someone the truth they deserved to hear years ago, even if you expect nothing in return.

So here is my truth.

I cared about you.

More than I ever let you know.

And if my silence ever made you feel unseen, unimportant, or as if your feelings didn't matter, I'm deeply sorry.

That was never what was in my heart.

There are nights when life feels strangely quiet.

I find myself looking at the stars for no particular reason, wondering how time can move so quickly while certain memories remain exactly where they were.

Not because I'm waiting for the past.

Not because I'm asking life to give it back.

Just because some people quietly become a part of who you are.

I'm not writing this because I want anything from you.

You don't owe me a reply.

You don't owe me forgiveness.

You don't owe me another chance.

In fact, I hope if life has given you happiness, you hold onto it with both hands.

I only wanted my silence to stop being the last thing I ever gave you.

If, by some strange coincidence, you ever think of me, I hope it's with peace instead of pain.

And if life has already written a completely different story for you, I sincerely hope it's a beautiful one.

Take care of yourself.

I truly hope your days are filled with peace, your nights with comfort and your heart with people who love you the way you deserve.

Thank you...

For being one of those rare people that time could never erase.

I hope you're happy.

Always

Built an AI speech platform with Cloudflare Workers & Azure AI

Hi everyone,

Over the past several months, I've been building Sonive AI, my first production-grade SaaS.

Link - https://soniveai.com

It's an speech and language platform that currently supports:

Text-to-Speech (TTS)

Speech-to-Text (STT)

Text Translation

Audio-to-Audio Translation

AI Voice Synthesis

I'm currently in my 3rd year of CSE and this project has been my biggest learning experience so far. Building the AI features was only one part of it—the bigger challenge was learning how to build and operate a complete production system.

Tech stack:

Frontend: Next.js 15, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Authentication: Clerk

Backend/API: Cloudflare Workers

Queue System: Cloudflare Queues (async processing)

Database: Neon PostgreSQL

Object Storage: Cloudflare R2

AI Services: Azure AI Speech & Azure AI Translator

Payments: Dodo Payments

Analytics: PostHog

Deployment: Vercel + Cloudflare

Security & Infrastructure:

Cloudflare Turnstile

Strict CSP & security headers (HSTS, Referrer Policy, Permissions Policy, X-Content-Type-Options)

JWT validation

Rate limiting

Signed upload URLs

Idempotency keys

Credit reservation & settlement system

Background workers with retries

Async job pipeline

SSE for live job status updates

Guest-to-user account migration

Usage tracking & observability

This project taught me a lot about distributed systems, async architectures, failure recovery & scalability

I'd genuinely appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Thanks🙏🏻
