I’m 6’2/188cm and 23. My weight is 79. I look lean but I do have a lot of face fat like actually fr. Due to that i never take any photos of mine as well. I’ve got double chin too when i face a lil down. I do 10k steps daily but i think i’m also loosing my muscle now but face fat is the same. I will join gym after my final exams prolly next months 15. Any advice or any sort of help will be appreciated.
