Fordham is at the top of my list as a rising senior and aspiring finance major OOS, but I am worried that IFFF i get in...how will i afford it? I'm middle class but my parents also aren't willing to pay a whole lot and I don't want to take out too many loans. What are the chances I get merit aid? Do they give generous aid in general? What was your experience with that?

Also kinda random question- I know this is a Jesuit school, but my Common App essay centers around my Hindu-Buddhist faith and upbringing. Don't know if this is a stupid question, but it won't impact my chances of getting in, right?

ok im going to keep this brief but im lwk very bitter about the ppl at my school and just ppl in general. Everyone keeps starting bs clubs and this and that and wow yeah theyre actually like making an impact and promoting their stuff but im just very sad about all this. Theyre doing things that theyre gonna stop the MOMENT they get into college. like my school genuinely has over 100 clubs and half of them are just bs start to name themseleves founder/president and give their friends leadership..ppl js be doing anything for college acceptances bro...

I was scrolling on here until i saw a post talking about how an "Indian beauty subreddit was making fun of subliminals and users"

first of all, the indian subreddit was not making fun of anyone...the OP of the indian subreddit post was liyterally confused and rightfully so

anyway i clicked on the post here in confusion and i saw that ONE indian was judging two subliminals for changing someones race...into being KOREAN..

and the comments on that reddit were saying "let them indians be chopped" blah blah js overall saying hurtful things to indians

like no way yall r coming at this indian lady for being confused on RACE CHANGE SUBLIMINALS. like WHO WOULDNT BE OFFPUT BY THAT...ITS FETISHIZATION AND IDOLIZATION...

I was hoping to major in finance, but was a little unsure what to put on my college list. im sure this subreddit is filled with experienced people working in the field of finance, so i just wanted to ask you guys what college do u think is worthwhile going to as someone who works in finance? where do they seem to hire the most people from? does where u go undergrad really matter?
