Is this normal?

Hey, 1.5 month dumpee here, I wanted to ask if its normal that I can live life without him fine, but when I actively think that I am living life without him, everything feels like it’s crashing down again. Is this normal/why is it happening? :(

Its a pretty bad feeling

When Dame Aylin was rotting in the Shadowfell for a century, Shar, the spiteful and petty goddess she is, creates a husk of her beloved sister’s daughter. Overflowing anger constantly coming from Aylin is a perfect mold to create something hollow. A mirror. What would Aylin be without all of this emotion?

X, a name is not necessary for her. She is born of Shar’s spite for Selûne, and has a sole purpose of spreading her “mother’s” message and doctrine. An Oathbreaker Paladin of Shar.

“Emotions are only a hindrance when loss is absolute”.
