Just want to know

The piano i have rn is a 130$ 88 keys random chinese piano only 3 levels of weighted keys. I am very much into jazz than classical

I dont understand how to learn bebop i see people saying its just patterns going up and down and some say extensions and alterations. Some say play what feels right and others say feeling isnt enough. Like bruh

Those kinds of people like ashton hall and erling haaland they say that every day they stick to a specific routine where they use those red lights and weird things just because they think it helps them… does any of you guys know somebody who does things like that and do they really live longer and better or is this just placebo or its just nonsense? what do you guys think?

Is there a theory behind this and what is this progression even called? because like its so wonderful and i never thought of something this weird and dissonant could make such beautiful sound

I want to compose a piano piece about living harsh and cruel times… but theres still hope… then you feel happy and relief. i know this sounds so fantasy but guys i want it for some personal stuff… my question is how do I make it?

1. I want tension chord progression, then the progression turns slowly into happiness (another progression), and then a happy ending progression or not necessary an ending but you get it guys
2. The technique: like how do i play the chords (root in bass then chord) or just slamming the notes or what…

why does the mixolydian chord of 5-1 feels like New York from movies and some games... Example: Gmin7 to Cmaj

I also find other chords that share the same vibe, but not necessary mixolydian like: Dmaj to Cmaj
