Intense urge to go outside

Hi all, combined type ADHD here, only med I take for it is Vyvanse. I have this intense urge to be outside during the day, especially when it's nice weather out. Not just like a guilt thing, like I start feeling really claustrophobic and feel like I need to IMMEDIATELY stop what i'm doing and go outside. Obviously in our society, there are many times where that's just not allowed and you're required to be somewhere inside and stay there. Does anybody else have this? Have you found anything that helps with it??

20mg to 40mg appetite

hi all, i have dual ADHD and binge eating disorder diagnoses. 20mg helped combat cravings for about 3 months, then out of nowhere my old appetite came back and i started gaining again. doc said 40mg should do the trick, but im curious if you guys have a particular experience going from a lower to a higher dose. did it make you have less appetite?? or was the low appetite just as present with a low dose as it was with a higher dose?

This is NOT ace

i respect everyone's identity's but my friend said they "get attracted by specific bodies if the face is hot too, and usually masturbate soon after they see an attractive person if possible" i'm not going to say anything to them but i very much feel like them calling themselves asexual is just incorrect, i mean what else are they describing there other than sexual attraction

Can't find the root of my pacing

ADHD, OCD, and Bipolar 2 here. On Vyvanse, Buspar, and Lamictal. I have 2-3 days a week where I just start uncontrollably pacing for hours while thinking very negative and depressing thoughts like "I'll never be normal, i'll never find a partner, i'll never graduate, why do i have to deal with all of this" etc. Psych is now floating around adding another med, and I'm curious what you guys think about these options. I've already tried Lithium, and unfortunately even on the low dose i could barely move a muscle and was extremely numb. He says the next options would be something like depakote, seroquel, or even a newer antipsychotic like rexulti or vraylar. sleep issues are the one thing i don't have, and i've heard most people say seroquel helps their sleep. my grandma was on depakote and she lost most of her hair. i don't know much about rexulti or vraylar so i'm curious to hear your experiences.

Interesting Experience

ADHD + OCD + Bipolar 2 here, my first treatment had no images or flashbacks or anything, it was more like my brain going over all of my thoughts, feelings, worries, hopes for the future, and seeing them all from a more objective lens and seeing how it is much more within reach than I think. Still feeling pretty sleepy several hours afterward, which I don't love since I get most of my studying done at night, but if this ends up helping me it's more than a fair trade off.

Pacing Won't Stop

I had a completely normal day, went to work, drove around the city a bit, then when I came home I got the uncontrollable urge to pace back and forth constantly. For hours. Until my feet are in immense pain. There isn't even a specific anxious thought or fixation in my mind when I get this urge. I'm on Lamictal, Vyvanse, and Buspar, but I haven't heard people say any of those can cause this. I am diagnosed Bipolar 2.

Vyvanse quieting other mental health problems

Hi all, previously took Ritalin immediate release, but it made me feel a bit too agitated, so I asked for a longer release med. My options were extended release Concerta, which I've heard decent things about overall, but Vyvanse I feel like 90% of people I talked to were very positive about it. And OMG, other issues I have like constant negative rumination, obsessive negative thoughts, depression, and anxiety have all quieted down. Sometimes when there's co-occurring conditions, it can be hard to tell what is what, but I think a big issue for me was the ADHD made my brain never shut up, and the Vyvanse helped with that tremendously. Anybody else?

Holy Shit... 55 pg/ml "free testosterone" level

Been having anxiety, depression, mood swings, low libido for seemingly no reason. As a teen my libido was great. Now I'm 23 and it's very weak. Get my lab results back, and it says "55.9 pg/ml 'free testosterone level'". The range they list on there is 46-224, so I barely made the cutoff. Any tips for how to boost this?

First Day Using Some By Mi Cleanser

Have tried a few different products at this point and nothing has helped much. Was recommended the Some By Mi cleanser from a friend with very similar skin, and they improved quite a bit. Even though they bought it off TikTok which sketches me out a little bit, I've heard nothing but good things. Will check back in a month or so to update.

What Skin1004 product is best for forehead wrinkles?

Already bought their under-eye cream, was curious if that would work for my forehead wrinkles as well, or if there's another product they have that will work better for that

Cerave Body Wash, Cream, and Cleanser??

Hi all, heard positive things about Cerave Rough and Bumpy, but found there's a Rough and Bumpy Body Wash, Rough and Bumpy Cream, and Rough and Bumpy Cleanser, all made by Cerave. Which one is the most effective?? I would assume using all 3 would be overkill.

100 mg, hesitant to go up to 150mg

hi all, lamictal has made me go from not caring about anything at all to showering consistently, brushing my teeth consistently, doing laundry consistently, and being more social. however, i'm still feeling pretty depressed. i would say i just went from a 1 to a 4 depression wise. psych wants me to go up to 150mg next, but i had horrible anxiety for weeks when i was tapering up to 100mg. has anybody felt a noticeable difference from 100mg to 150mg?
