Hi, so I have this guy (name is Voldy) and want him to get used to me a bit more. He hides a lot and I take him out once a day to get him used to being handled more. I gently pick him up from the side, but especially at the start hes a bit "twitchy" when it comes to touches. Hes chill when I hold him like this, but when I like put him on my lap or stuff like that he immedietely trys to slither away into a hidy hole. Saw pictures and videos of snakes who chill in the bed looking around, does it depend on the snakes personality and my guy is just grumpy and wants to be left alone? When I put him back in his terrarium he immedietely goes back under his bark.

Hes also due for a poop 😅

I have two triops growing up in a "dish" and was thinking of putting em into this algae bowl. Would they get cought up in the algae and die? There are detritus worms, some snails and stuff in there too. The crab is fake if youre asking 😅.

Was looking at one of my dorfs hauling an iron cage filled with giant pythons to the trade depot. Poor guy was movin in a snails pase do to the waight and thought "man it would be cool if he could just get one of the donkeys from the pasture to help him out. Right now we have war and hunting animals, why not have pack animals? The way I picture them working mechanically is, you have some menu where you can check certain tasks to be done using pack animals (like loading and emptying cage traps). Then when the task is to be done, the dwarf gets a pack animal which will follow him like when they move animals to pastures. They will load the haul onto it, bring it to its destination and then return the pack animal to its pasture. What do you think?

So I found this clown while digging and hes one of those extra fun ones thats made of flame and spits fire and smoke. It crawled into an empty stairway and nobody goes there when I give an attack order (It fought a guy when it was in the open but he just got killed cause the smoke and fire). The jerk now sits there and I thought I pour water over him but the whole reservouar just evaporates as its pouring onto his head. Yeah he secured and locked away, but I wanna kill the bastard!

So many people being like "oh its not her fault cause she had a bad childhood" or "she can change" and shit on zuko for "abandoning" her cause shes just a victim with a mental illness. I say ya all just praise her cause you think shes pretty.

I have her (I think) for about a year now. The pet store has some smaller ones that cant be sexed yet. Id like to have a second one but dont know how territorial she might get with a new younger clown. Anyone have experience with having more than one clown?
