Dripping tub faucet replacement

This tub in a guest room hasn't been used in over 10 years. It recently decided to start dripping. I assume just replacing the cartridge should solve the problem. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to remove this thing. Also, if anyone knows the make and/or part number, that would help a lot. (I don't have shutoffs for this bathroom so have to shut off the entire house)

Going fishing in the French in a few days (arrive the 19th and leave on the 21st)

Near Dokis marina. Forecast says warm and rainy the first day, cold (12c) and windy the second day (we have a guide) and a little warmer on the day we leave. Do we have any hope of catching anything?

This single Trout lily popped up in my front garden many years ago. It has never spread or multiplied but comes back every year. (and yes, I know about Periwinkle, it's well under control)
