To bakers, Is new high fibre loaf made from scratch in store? Fully?

To any of the bakers or anyone who has knowledge about it, is the new high fibre white loaf fully made in store or is a the dough pre made then just baked in the big oven? Because mine was really heavily coated in flour on the outside..thank you! And does that mean then more flour is somewhat accidentally mixed into my loaf of bread? Haha

Instant cheesecake pudding mix alternative?

Hey fellow aussies, what is a good alternative to the American popular jello instant cheesecake pudding mix? Or anyway to re create the mix at home? Annoys me the amount of times I see it in recipes and ninja creami recipes but I can’t find it anywhere here in Aus. Thank you!

How to stop fearing having lots of carbs at once/ throughout the day?

I fear having lots of carbs at once in a meal, especially when not active after. I then stack up on most my carbs with night snacks. I don't care then. How do I stop thinking like this? I avoid having high carb meals throughout the day, I don’t do much, just stay at home, but then at night dinner and after dinner snacks are all carbs, like I don’t care about them then cause I’m going to bed either way so I get a break. But that’s the problem, I carb load at night, when I’m least active too. Though I overthink if I have 16g or more of carbs for breakfast or lunch…I want to stop focusing on it

Fear of carbs if not burning it off?

Hi does anyone else have a fear of having lots for carbs at once like in a meal when knowing you won’t be active or burning it off later? Does anyone know how to stop thinking like this or why I might be thinking like this? Like I don’t allow myself high carb meals unless it’s on a day where I know I’ll be walking later, not just lazing around at home. I ask myself and I always tell myself it’s because I use it as better fuel, for movement but feels quite restrictive as most days I’m not that active and so I don’t allow myself those carb heavy meals at once or during the day. At night I just go wild and crazy with whatever food and stock up on my extra carbs or whatever I want.

iPhone lens look off?

Hi so I got a phone from a friend not to long ago, this doesn’t bother me much but cosmetically I guess it looks kinda off if you spot it out but does anyone know why the bottom left looks like that? Maybe Replaced? And it seems like there is scratches (the white part) on the inside like the paint was scratched off and I can’t reach it cause of the protector. (iPhone 14 pro)
