Im enjoying this team but I hit a couple walls [skill improvement]

This team has a lot of flexibility and can take out a lot of common threats.

My usual strategies are, if I see Charizard coming, ill lead Gallade and Skarmory. Gallade wide guards and skarmory rock tombs the zard. Now unfortunately I have to decide between outspeeding a Zard Y or one shotting it. If im adamant, I can kill, but if Im jolly I can outspeed and I cant find an inbetween. Obviously if Im outspeeding, rock tomb slows doen charizard but it gives them options to pivot. Id rather assume theyre gonna heatwave.

Once charizard isnt a threat ill get as much coaching off on skarmory as I can get. Once I get about 2 off hes really hard to get rid of. Im thinking of dropping quick guard but it has come in handy.

If basculegion is on the team, im bringing heliolisk, as I am for most water teams. Still adjusting the move set, added dragon pulse for garchomp and archaludon.

I love speedy typhlosion. Cant be easily faked out, hits like a truck, and can cripple physical attackers.

If typhlosion hits like a truck then sylveon hits like a nuke. Ive obliterated archaludon, mega blastoise and mega floette from full health. As long as I hit that is. Missing hyper beam really sucks.

And sinischa is there for overall support. Gets anyone who needs it extra health or distracts so I can set up or sweep.

Heres where im having trouble

Despite having a couple counters against them, I really struggle against rain teams that use archaludon and sometimes scizor. If they can set up with archaludon then im toast.

The other thing I really struggle with is aerodactyl. It's fast and can really control the pace of the field. It can't really do anything to skarmory But it can help things that can.

So thats what Im working with. Love any and all ideas.

Garchomp one shot my Ttar and Im not sure how- nvm I figured it out

Im sorry I couldnt record it but there wasnt much to actually see. Heres the facts though.

It was a scarf garchomp using stomping tantrum.

My ttar has max hp and no defense evs, and adamant.

Garchomp used stomping tantrum into my full hp ttar and one shot it. It was not a critical hit.

Ive run the calcs and I dont know-

Oh my god I just realized as I was writing this.

Garchomp was asleep the last few turns. He got the stomping tantrum boost 🤦‍♂️

My dog ate something on or near a dead rat.

I Have an 11 y/o pug, and we have a yard that we'll let him out into.

Recently, crows have been leaving chicken bones in our yard and he's been getting into them. Today I let him out and after a minute. I looked to find him eating something on or near a dead rat that they left.

There were also bones near it so it could have been those. To be clear I don't know what he ate if anything.

He is acting fine. But I don't know what to do in this situation, and our normal vet is closed on Sundays.

I'm looking for advice on fixing up this outdoor fountain.

This could probably be tagged in a bunch of different categories. We have this very nice outdoor fountain that has been in disrepair, for quite some time. The pipes are clogged and it is filled with muck and moss.

I'm wondering what the best way to get rid of the majority of whats clogging it would be.

I should probably start by removing all The Rocks so that there's nothing else in the way. But should I fill it up with water and add something to dissolve it?

I got most of this from a video I saw of an experienced player coaching a newer one. For the record, the last slot is up in the air right now. Ive experimented with dragapult but it fills a very similar role to aegislash.

I love aegislash as a wall to sneasler. And it forces them into attacking mega scovillain. Poltergeist does SO much damage even to neutral targets. At one point I was running steel beam on the adamant set just for memes and that honestly got results.

Mega scovillain really upsets teams but cant do much to fire types. But i love landing a hot over heat. Honestly might drop giga drain but its nice to have. Then again stall is kinda the name of the game.

Aero, ttar and garchomp are just such a solid core. I dont really need tailwind, scale shot has been fun, and sometimes I run mega ttar as well.

Dragapult does a lot but its not my fav play style. You set up a screen, let scovillain burn, and then pop them with hex. But if I cant get a status on them, its kinda useless. And twave just hasnt been that useful. But I also concede, its a better strategy than what aegislash does.

Id like to keep most of the team the same but if anyone has suggestions im open to hearing them.

Lately im struggling against HARD stall (bro used regular glimmora to get everyone poisoned, then killed time with mega Vbell, and iron defense corv), as well as hard spam like heatwave.

Ive considered Ceruledge as well as an anti fire user but my team is really weak to water as it is. And to that extent Ive considered rotom wash but I dont know when I would bring it.
