Idk if this is a trentahin thing but dating drains my energy, physically and emotionally.

I met her last May and we started dating this June. As the relationship progresses, I realized im still not ready for a commitment as it drains my energy. From my previous relationship, i often asked for space for like 1-2 wks as it also drained me. I believe no one deserves that so i ended it with the new girl while it's still early. I miss her, yes. I know she's hurt but she deserves someone who could match her energy and her efforts. Did i do the right thing or not?

I still have a lot of reflections to do. I'm so sorry. Edit: I'm 29 and she's 24.
