Underwear that doesn't ride up thighs

Basically what the title says.

All my life I've never worn underwear that didn't ride up my leg. I've tried loose boxers, boxer briefs that sit snug to my thighs, etc. They all eventually ride up my thighs, even if I walk for a little bit, so I constantly have to awkwardly pull them down mid walk/run. Won't try briefs because my thick thighs will instantly start to chafe with even slight amount of heat/moisture.

The problem is that now that I'm in the military I'm running a lot more and out in the field more, so on any sort of movement I'm constantly either pulling my boxers down or just raw dogging it and letting it chafe. I've tried a lot of underwear but mostly from Walmart/Target so nothing high end. At this point I don't mind shelling out for something I can just forget about.

The only thing that's worked are the spandex liners for my army PT shorts, but I thought I'd ask here before resigning myself to only wearing compression shorts from now on.

I'd also appreciate how to size underwear, I usually go slightly bigger than the waist measurement I wear but even that sometimes compresses my legs during movements like squatting. My waist is 32'-34' and my thighs are 25'.

AUG vs RDB

Basically the title, guns are about to banned in VA and I want to get at least 1 bullpup beforehand. Obviously AUGs are cooler and around the same price I would get it in a heartbeat but is it really worth getting a modern AUG for $1000 more than I can get an RDB?

Best Garmin for the Price

What's the best Garmin for the price? I can buy an Instinct 2 solar for $150, Instinct 3 solar for $300 and a Fenix 7 Pro for $480.

I'm in the military but won't really rely heavily on my watch, since I'm going to carry my phone with me everywhere. Just need a watch for when I'm in the field, for runs or when I go on trails. Obviously I can get buy with the cheapest watch but I want the best bang for the buck. Trying to gauge the general sentiment so all opinions are welcome.

Bringing AR after July

I'm a VA resident, but currently stationed AD in Alaska. I have 2 AR-15s that I was planning to bring back when my contract is up in 2 years. Would I be able to bring it to VA after July 1st, considering I have paperwork to prove I bought it before the cutoff date? If not, should I send them to a family member so they're technically in VA?

Changing Sensitivity

I recently got back into aim training and started the Viscose benchmarks which I've been enjoying but one aspect is starting to annoy me. Before Viscose, I would just stick to one sensitivity for any benchmark/playlist but apparently I should be changing my sensitivity to suit the scenario. I started to question what sensitivity I should be using, if going faster would be better than what feels the best, etc. until I got annoyed and just started using the median sensitivity for each scenario on evxl, but I digress.

It's starting to annoy me having to go look at what sensitivity I should use and then change in manually for each scenario. Is there a way I can somehow tie a sensitivity to a scenario, instead of having to manually change it every time?

Rothco vs Corcoran Jump Boots

I needed jump boots since I'm in an airborne unit. I was going to buy Corcoran for $250 because they're the go to but went online and saw Rothco jump boots on ebay for $100 and bought those. Planned to re dye/polish them as I hate the plastic look. Then I read some reviews online some saying they're horrible. Are the Corcoran that much better than the Rothco to be worth $150 more? Reviews point all over the place and some compare their experience from way back when Corcoran's were made better.

All I need them for is ceremonies and hopefully use them after the military. Won't really be doing a lot of work in them. Comfort would be a plus. I'd appreciate anyone who lists out the differences. These are my first leather boots so I really don't know anything.

Self Study Algebra

I've taken math courses all the way up to Calculus but the whole time I did the minimum to get the credit for the class. I'm trying to relearn math as rigorously as possible for fun and to grasp concepts better. I already have a Precalc textbook that I was going through since I could review algebra from that point. But would there be value in starting with basic Algebra? If so, whats a good textbook that would be all encompassing.
