Invested in some action figures as a gift for my inner child.

Noticed that I often enter a freeze state when I'm sad, and it's a really young part of myself that freezes to regulate when he feels sad.

This one was a celebration for him, and the figures also allow me to engage in some imaginative play with him, something I actually didn't do much as a child.

Feeling really proud of my latest oil pastels artwork.

I've always had issues in persistence when it comes to my career, hindered by undiagnosed inflammatory arthritis too in my late teens and 20s, I'm glad I found art as a career I enjoy, one that I'm good at and one I've persisted with for more than two years now.

I don't intend to stop.

The background and sand is done using Julie Podstolski's brush and pencil technique while the dog is primarily oil pastels.

Got it on clearance. For the price, absolutely amazing!
