I cannot pay merchants. Nor outgoing.

Its a savings account that exceeded the threshold limit, and i was conducting online game tournament so i received money from multiple persons in a day.

When i try to pay merchant it says u have exceeded the daily limit p2p..

Whenever someone tries to send money to me it says the money was declined by the indian bank.

What this means??? Im worried
