Sloppy slopp I think I’m gonna throw it away…

Got half way through eating it then all of the flavors started coming through individually and I couldn’t do it anymore. I tried to fix an Earth Grown Vegan Pad Thai ready meal because it was terrible right off the bat. The texture and flavor profile were just not good at all. I added teriyaki sauce and that did nothing for me so I added a can of corn and some broccoli and still was not good. Ended up throwing in lime, pesto, and vegan cheese. Now it’s better, but still not good! Im very disappointed.

Be on the lookout for this creep show

This guy came onto my gated property uninvited. Up to my front door and was giving me some sakes pitch about pest control and how he works for my neighbors. I know he doesn’t because there are a small number of houses and we all know each other. Funny thing is he creeped out my neighbor just as much as me and wouldn’t take no for an answer. He would not leave us alone and both of us a very strong feeling like he was caseing our neighborhood. This is Buena Creek off of Twin Oaks. You can see his car with multi colored in the background panels and Nevada plates.

Careful Shopping Here

Edit because confusion:
I bought $35 worth of items and accidentally hit $20 cash back. The clerk said it couldn't be canceled, so the total came to $55.

Once the register opened, the clerk claimed there was a $2.25 fee and said he’d just take it out of my cash. I took the $17.75 and walked to my car, but quickly realized my bank statement officially says I withdrew the full $20- meaning the store just pocketed $2.25 of my cash under the table.
I went back inside to demand my full $20. The clerk was very nice and the owner was incredibly rude and refused to hand it over unless I swiped my debit card a second time for a separate $2.25 charge which I then got a receipt for that said “ATM.”

My bank confirmed this is fraud. Cash-back fees must be processed electronically during the initial transaction, not taken out of your physical cash or forced as a shady second charge. Don't shop here!

Dog Help

Hi everyone,
I am heartbreakingly forced to rehome Venus, my 47lb spayed Pit/Lab mix. She is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and high-energy, but she has special medical needs I can no longer manage alone.

The Urgency: She has epilepsy and needs meds every 12 hours. Working two jobs alone, I am missing doses, causing her to seize.

The Risk: Local shelters have warned me she faces euthanasia risk due to her condition.

Details: Rescued in 2024. Fully healed from a past chemical/tar burn scar. Super loving with people. Have all paperwork.
She desperately needs an adopter or rescue who can commit to a strict twice-a-day medication schedule. Please message me directly if you can help.

Urgent rehoming- Venus

Hi!

This is Venus. She is a pit/lab mix about 3-4 years old, 47lbs, fixed, but due for shots and tag update (I haven’t renewed because rehoming but I have her paperwork). She is super friendly and affectionate, Venus loves being with people. She has a lot of energy and requires more attention than I am able to provide her. I rescued Venus in 2024 and in 2025 she developed epilepsy- she is on 2 types of medication that she takes every 12 hours (twice a day). With working two jobs and living alone i am unable to keep up with her meds which has resulted in her having seizures so i am looking for her new home with someone who is up for the task! I had a dog in the past with epilepsy so I thought I could handle it but i had family who was able to help maintain the medications back then. I’ve reached out to the shelters but they all say she’s a risk for euthanasia because of her condition. I am looking to re-home her asap because she needs a refill on meds and I can’t afford her next blood test to get her the meds she needs.

(She has a battle scar from when I rescued her she was in pretty rough shape- someone threw hot tar/chemical at her OR she fell in it before she was found)
