Is it common place for a licensed and reputable arborist to have wording in the contract that they are not responsible for any damage to driveways or sidewalks? Also it states “not responsible for normal ground wear during the tree cutting process.” Thanks!

What’s everyone’s thoughts on this joint? Looks legit or is it just internet hype?

I test rode the Aventure at my local bike shop and it was great. Now I’m seeing “deals” online that are $200 cheaper for the bike + the bike hauler is $50 cheaper than at the shop. Plus the $130 of free accessories that are included. I want to buy local but the savings isn’t something to sneeze at. Do I ask him to match it? They are a mom and pop store.

Just when I thought I missed the spring sale this just popped up their website. $200 off on the Aventure 3 with a few free accessories thrown in.

I just got back from my local bike shop and test rode the Aventure 3 and it is amazing. Maybe I’m missing something but I feel the ease of actually pedalling the bike without assist isn’t talked about enough. It was fantastic. My local shop has been there for over 50 years with a great reputation. They are the warranty place for most of central Florida and they’ve got a great reputation. I’m really looking forward to buying mine probably this weekend. I’m really pumped after the ride because I haven’t been on a bike in ages and it was so easy.

My wife and I are heading back to Philly after 30 years gone for a concert at Asbury Park. I was stationed at Ft. Dix in New Jersey and she’s from Mt. Holly. I want to make the most of our trip so we’re going to do the traditional Pat/Geno’s war. What other spots should we stop in to maximise the deliciousness? I know this is completely arbitrary but please indulge me.

Howdy folks! I just recently retired and I’m looking to get back into saltwater fishing. Back in the day, I used to have a flats boat and I fished out of the Port and up and down the Indian River/Mosquito Lagoon. No boat now so I’m looking for shore/bridge fishing spots. Is Mathers Bridge down in Indian Harbor a good place? I’m also looking at Ports End Park area on Mullet Road in the port. Any other suggestions? Thanks for any info!

Right on cue after my April 26 separation date, I tried to log into my time card and it won’t let me log in as I had it bookmarked separately. I can still log into Upsers but I’m only seeing My Pay and retirement benefits & discounts. Anyone else?
