Hey guys , I got selected as IBPS PO this year and got Bank of maharashtra. Turned out this job is wayy more hectic than I imagined. I leave my flat at 9 am in the morning to commute to my branch and Leave the branch after 8 pm every day and come back around 9 pm . So it's a 12 hours shift . Even go to work on 2nd and 4th Saturday. The customer footfall is wayy too high and I get no energy to do anything after work. There is no chance for the transfer as well for the next 4-5 years.

Wanted to prepare for Regulatory body exams but getting no time to prepare for that.

Should I prepare for RRB PO ? Does it have less pressure than IBPS PO ? Will I get some time for myself to prepare for Regulatory body exams ?

Any selected RRB PO candidates if they can help , PLEASE.

I (24M) was standing in the queue in the hospital yesterday and a man tore his gutkha ( tobacco ) packet . It's particles came to my nose so I tend to wave it off but he intentionally brought the gutkha packet close to my nose to mock me. We get into minor argument but i felt very humiliated that I couldn't do anything about it.

I am feeling so ashamed that today it happened to me. What if this happens to my closed ones and I still couldn't do anything. I feel like a coward and weak . I really do feel like it. I am very ashamed .

( please don't advice that avoid the fight thing . I literally avoid everytime , it's just me feeling weak and ashamed )

I want to ask genuinely , what should I do that make me confident enough to sand for myself ?

Hey everyone 22M , i cleared ibps po this year and got Bank of maharashtra. I was very excited for my first job but this disappeared very quickly when I got posted in Peak area of Maharashtra where i leave my place at 8:45 in the morning and come back by 9 pm at night with very heavy rush of people in the branch and too much of hectic work , toxic environment , Language barrier , cultural barrier and rude customers to drain my daily mental energy. Never ending targets and giants of pending work .

I thought of this job as a back up for my Regulatory body exams preparation but here I don't even get time to eat .

I wake up in the morning , go to the branch , come back and sleep again.

I wasn't thinking before but now I am considering leaving this job for rrb po from my own state . I am not sure . My priority is work life balance, i don't have too much love for my home state .

Has anyone experienced the same or in the same boat as me ?
