My mom is experiencing both negative and positive dysphotopsia and experiencing SIGNIFICANT distress--any tools or ways to cope
My mom had cataract surgery in her left eye last Thursday and is really, really bugging out about the dysphotopsia. Does anyone have any tips? She is extremely depressed and anxious. The doctor said it could be four months before it gets better.

Is anyone else fishing tiny white hairs out of their glasses of water?
This time of year with A/C blowing and fans going, the hair goes airborne. Not sure how many hairs I have inadvertently swallowed, but I suppose it's only fair because sometimes he poops out my hair, too. Worth it!
