How do I play against Widowmaker?

I'm pretty new to the game and Widow is one of the characters that frustrates me the most to play against. I can't fight the enemy team because I'll get sniped, and if I try to go after the Widow she just grapples away and still snipes me. It's really frustrating to play against and I just want to know if there's any counterplay to her?

Wanting to know what I could be doing better

I'm a tank main, hanging around Silver, playing on Switch 2

The code is KWJPSQ, my user is BlueGlace and I was playing Orisa

I've generally been trying to get better with making plays and working on my positioning, but I lost this game really badly and so I was wondering what I could have been doing better to help contribute to the game, because what I'm doing now is clearly not working lol

I am a pretty new player, I have around 60 hours in OW, but I'm very dedicated to getting better, issue is I suck at self vod review in most comp games I play so having someone else come in and tell me what I can improve on would be fantastic

I think I'm cursed so that I always lose my grass type to Mel

First run it was Serperior, second run it was Cherrim, and this run it was Roserade 😭 Roserade died because I got overconfident on snowballing with Royal Roar + Echoed voice and once my Pyroar got low and I realized I couldn't do that anymore I also realized I didn't have a fire type for Bewear anymore. So I sent in Roserade to Giga Drain and he switched to Lopunny and I forgot Lopunny had Double Kick 😔

On a more positive note I've already got the fourth gym badge on Mel after wiping just 2 days ago! Hopefully this run I'll be better prepared for the Primal Groudon fight 😅

How do I play Luigi?

I've labbed out a couple combos and I know how to recover, but the main thing I'm struggling with is how to play neutral.

Also, how do I still connect the dair sweet spot if the DI out on the down throw? I'm confident I can react to it happening but idk what I can do about it except cry
