Hello,

This is a small residential furnace that has a basic condensate pump.

It has had intermittent problems for years. Almost all parts have been replaced including control board.

A new circuit was run to it. It continued to be intermittent.

Now electrician states that a new electrical service with panel needs to be installed. There is an older square D panel there now. It is a damp basement.

What would be the explanation for this?

This isn't my house, I have not talked to the electrician, but he has a good reputation

2. If a frisge has a leak and it is refilled can the leak stop or will it always be slowly leaking?
